The spa bath
Very dirty dusty , towels smelt like urine and the toilet was dirty and smelt like urine , every surface was dusty , the lamps the side table the mirrors the walls , there was a hair hanging from the roof connected to a spider web , also the light in bathroom caked on with thick dust! Aircon filter said it needed to be cleaned on the climate control! And then I payed a deposit and they forgot to put it in the safe , and then when I told them about everything they said sorry there’s nothing we can do about it and they hope I give them another chance !
Bathroom was excellent. The room had plenty of lighting & was a good size. Table & chairs provided and couch.
A softer light would have been better for later in the evening. I was in room 11 however on the other side of corridor may have been quieter for me with traffic. Did not sleep much before going to RAH.Great

There was a speaker above the bed in room 5 that was constantly humming. Something to do with a wire behind TV.
Good location for me. Easy to find, well presented. Staff were all lovely polite and helpful. Room was lovely, clean and smelled good. Had a meal in the restaurant and it was fantastic, well presented, cooked to perfection and tasted great.

Shower head snapped off instantly due to too much pressure . It's the second time we've stayed but it will be the last.

Bathroom was exceptional & very clean.
Little milk sachets! Replace with real milk or Fleuro mini box, please, would be a better experience on arrival in the room. The fridge is usually the first door you look into. Moccona or Nescafe sachets are the best coffee choices. 🙂
