I think the outside especially near the road too much litter plastic etc that has been their for a long time and accumulated

I’ll be back for a meal but not overnight.

Really good value for money. Convenient bar ad restaurant downstairs. Comfortable clean room.

The room was really clean and spacious. I found the bed nice and comfortable.

Cons:

I found the room a little noisy. Also a woman overdosed in her room while we were having a drink at the bar it was really awkward seeing the fire department, police and ambulance arrive and no one telling us what was happening. I was dissapointed that there were no USB ports in the room. Would like it better if breakfast was available as it's very dangerous to cross the road and there's no transport into the city.

Loved the spa
Pros:

Would have been nice to have some plates and cutlery. We had a big day travelling and just wanted to have a takeaway meal in the room.

Cons:

Only 4 milks for coffee and 3 coffee satchels.

Hotel close to the Entertainment Centre and great value for the amount we paid.
Pros:

We had lunch while Melbourne Cup was on, which was a generous serve of salt and pepper squid. Also discovered a lovely Rose which I can't wait to get more of. We had a spa suite, very large room and bathroom.

Cons:

Couldn't complain about anything.
