Loved the place nice and quiet
Trying to contact someone to cancel the next stay. Getting an email that they are going to charge me $200 plus dollars when I was given a room for $154 for the night of the 21st/22nd
I wanted IBIS close to airport NOT at Hendra...felt I had been duped...
Very noisy location, the shower didn’t work at all, so I couldn’t see it being worth $219 for 1 night
The location was convenient for an overnight stay close to the airport, and I appreciated the vending machines, microwave, and the taxi call button, which made things much easier. The TV also had a maximum volume setting, which helped keep noise from other rooms to a minimum.
The room itself was very small, and while the bed was comfortable, the pillows were unfortunately some of the flattest I've ever used. I asked for extra pillows, but they were the same, so sleeping comfortably was difficult.
The cleanliness was acceptable overall, but the bathroom could use more attention. There were stains on the shower curtain and a little mould, so it didn't feel as clean as it could have.
Overall, it was fine for a short stay before a flight, but with more comfortable pillows, a few more power points, and a bit more attention to bathroom cleanliness, it would be a much better experience.
