Family friendly hotel without any compromise on style and service
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is super friendly, and hotel facilities include a heated pool, gym, and a large area of land to wander around and explore. The views from the restaurant are simply breathtaking, if you want to enjoy Autumn colours of the Southern Highlands. We will definitely come next year.

Pleasant, but standards have dropped.
Pros:

Beds very comfy, spacious room

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor. Reduced variety to like properties and much reduced from what I have had previously at the Gibraltar. Hotel was very clean except for the windows looking out from the breakfast room. There were cobwebs everywhere. The coffee pod machine at breakfast was dripping the coffee so it took ages to get one cup which was then cold by the time you were ready to drink it.
