Pros:

Loved the indoor swimming pool which we experienced everyday during our stay and the proximity to the golf club. The room was very spacious. The menus at the bar and restaurant were appealing.

Cons:

One recommendation would be to provide a toaster and crockery/cutlery for those who only require a self catered, light breakfast.

Carefully select room not facing car park, but having stayed elsewhere in Bowral this is good.
Pros:

Service and food in the restaurant some limited but tasty vegan/vegetarian options. Huge and well thought through bathroom and did not skimp on towels. Great beds and pillow options. There was a significant leak from the bathroom tap which staff responded quickly to though it was not actually fixed so hopefully sorted after our stay. The standout as always is how the staff look after their guests and this could not be faulted. I needed to book again for another trip and I was given great assistance with this.

Cons:

The room we accidentally chose was facing the car park which was depressing. If this had been brought to our attention when booking would definitely chosen differently. We didn't realise the balcony door was unlocked and being on the ground floor that was not good. There were stains on the carpet.The food options in Harvey’s Bar very limited for vegetarians and the edamame beans were impossible to consume without getting covered in soy.

We were upgraded to a room with views of the golf course - this contributed to the overall experience and rating - Thankyou. The room was spacious and comfortable

Cons:

The shower spray escapes the cubicle -so the bathroom floor becomes wet / also fan in bathroom not adequate to remove steam.

A wonderful stay in the Southern Highlands NSW
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park Proxi Gibraltar. All staff on hand were friendly, courteous and helpful, especially Manon and Sanil, who both went above and beyond to assist with our every requirement.

Overall, it was a decent stay. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, which made the stay quite pleasant.

Cons:

However, we were woken up early in the morning by the gardener using hedge trimmers and lawn mowers, which was quite loud. It would be great if this type of maintenance could be scheduled a little later to avoid disturbing guests.

Also, there is no one at reception after 10 pm. If you happen to lose your key, it can take around 20–25 minutes to arrange assistance, which can be inconvenient late at night.

Good property but poor management!
Pros:

It’s a very hotel in a good location, only 5 mins drive to Bowral town centre.

Cons:

The staff at the breakfast restaurant were rude, not friendly. The breakfast provided was terrible, very poor quality, it’s the worst breakfast I have ever had in any hotels I had stayed.
