Very good
Pros:

Close to beach and shopping mall and very close to broadbeach bowling club which had excellent meals ,and nice and close to tram so access to everything was easy

Cons:

Cleanliness of apartment, some half empty food packages ,bathroom needed cleaned ,but i am being a wee bit picky because overall it was a good place to stay

We had a very enjobale stay in a nice apartment, accommodating host with beach and cafe nearby
Pros:

Location couldn’t have been better, 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance from Oasis Broadbeach shopping centre

Host was awesome, always reachable, very accomodating and helpful with communicating prior arrival and picking up the keys, making the bbq work, arriving with 30 minutes to fix the wifi modem and on request provided clean linen and towels half way during our stay

Apartment very roomy for 2 couples, 2 bedrooms with master bedroom very good, great bed to sleep in and clean bathroom
Nice and clean swimming pool, great bbq, car park space for our car, balcony view was very nice and relaxing, great cafe around the corner

Family friendly and comfortable while still being very close to shops, and the beach.
Pros:

The host was amazing, so friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The apartment was clean and very spacious and main bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there.

Overpriced and would not recommend
Pros:

Didnt really like anything to be honest but as it was a last minute booking at christmas we didnt have a choice

Cons:

Beds and linen were extremely uncomfortable, the place wasnt clean - there was hair in the shower and around the bathroom from previous people.
Other residents were very noisy

Lovely, safe, convenient stay and lovely host
Pros:

Facilities in the apartment were good (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc).
Facilities on the property, such as a swimming pool, were good too.
There was a car park space.

Cons:

Nothing really, maybe the more nights stay, the more discounts.

A nice building and location but not a relaxing stay
Pros:

Great location for our conference, just a short walk each day. But further to shopping centre (15min) which was lovely as long a I didn't rain.

Cons:

AirCon was inadequate - only in the living area and didn't get into the bedrooms. Celinung fan helped a little but overall too hot to sleep well.. Unfortunately the dishwasher was also not working for our visit, and there was a lot of very loud construction noise from 6:30am.

Disappointing, left after first night.

Location was okay, don't like giving bad reviews.

Cons:

Dont like giving bad reviews but they have a clear problem with humidity. Arrived late and doors were all open and fans on at full blast suggesting they know this is an issue. Our beds were all wet and they didn't have air conditioning in the rooms to dry things out. Ended up having to sleep on couch as that's the only room that had AC. Also stains on the bedding was not pleasant. We decided not to stay another night and went home. Quite disappointing.
