It was convenient to access all the night life and food options
Pros:

I liked the room slippers and breakfasts. Though they hotel could do with more seating in their dining room.

Awesome place to start vacation in Vietnam
Pros:

Staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is perfectly located in the buzzing Old Quarter, close to many shops, restaurants, cafe, massage spa and Hoan Kiem lake. Breakfast had a lot of fresh variety, also suited for vegetarian diet and kids. The room was spacious and offered a lot of comfort. Fridge, safe, tv, fan &AC, bath tub, comfy bed- all we needed

Pros:

- L'emplacement.

Cons:

- Une fenêtre qui donne sur un mur. (Entre 20 et 50cm entre la fenêtre et le mur voisin donc autant dire pas de lumière possible).
- Les sanitaires étaient vétustes et/ou mal pensés. La baignoire était abîmée, s'enfonçait et bougeait. Le trop plein du lavabo n'était pas raccordé donc nous avons reçu de l'eau sur les pieds quand nous avons voulu faire une lessive à la main.
- L'ensemble est vieux, mal entretenu et globalement vétuste.
- L'accueil a été fait par une jeune fille qui faisait à peine attention à nous et qui était surtout occupée à se chamailler avec son collègue. Heureusement qu'un autre de ses collègues francophone très gentil et professionnel a pris le relais.

Pros:

Great location with lots of small businesses, restaurants, and bars nearby. The room was decent sized. Complimentary breakfast, 2 bottles of water, and tea/coffee, as well as many tiny thoughtful items in the room. The service was great and the staff was super friendly.

Cons:

These are just minor complaints. As others have stated, the bed was hard, there were a few ink stains on the duvet, and the toilet sprayer pressure could blast paint off of a car. Dated and old floor boards have seen lots of water damage. They could put a squeegee in the bathroom as water is everywhere after a shower.

Khách sạn 2 sao nhưng tiện ích khá đầy đủ tầm 3 sao, nhân viên linh hoạt hỗ trợ nhận và giữ đồ, cũng như extend thêm giờ thuê phòng với giá hợp lý.

Amazing place in a good location
Pros:

The room was great with drinks in the fridge and some snacks. You could make yourself tea or coffee as well. The bathroom was great. The whole place was very clean!

Cons:

There was no window in the room, which I don't remember reading about on booking.
