Pros:

Le site est très agréable. La vie magnifique. La réactivité du personnel par email.

Cons:

Le canapé lit est très inconfortable pour dormir.. les logements sont très proches les uns des autres. Pas de possibilité de faire des bbq.

Pros:

Check in process was very efficient

Cons:

A bit hidden apart , down from the main road. We felt like in a cold atmosphere inside but maybe the windy and rainy day didn't help. Considering that it is not cheap, details should be improved (like a torne mosquito net in the toilet).

New/modern accommodation in a nice location, ideal for easy access to Tongariro national park
Pros:

- New modern rooms
- Spacious bathroom
- Lovely location. Ideally placed if you’re planning to visit Tongariro national park/alpine crossing. Less ideal if you’re planning to do things in Taupo

Cons:

- Laundry available, though requires coins to use, couldn’t get the dryer to work
- Some of the older buildings on the site (not the accommodation rooms themselves) are fairly decrepit

Pleasant stay in tranquil location
Pros:

Fabulous view next to the lake. V well equipped apartment. Accidentally booked the wrong night and the owner was amazingly obliging and changed the date for no extra cost. Thoroughly recommend for a tranquil stay. Also, perfectly positioned between Auckland and Wellington if travelling south.

Pros:

The location is very beautiful, with a stretch of bright green grass between the property and the lake. Also convenient for visiting the nature reserve walks. The host answered every question or request within minutes, she provided me with an additional matress for the sofa bed & a new toaster to replace the one that did not work.

Cons:

The place is perfect for 2 people but we were 3. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable (the extra matress helped a lot but still not perfect). The sofa bed once opened takes up the whole living room. While the sun was out we sat outside, but for 3 days it rained & we were very uncomfortable.

Pros:

Great location and really spacious room. I stayed here when visiting Tongariro National Park and it was a perfect location for that. Beautiful views from the room amd property.

Cons:

Not much around so you either have to plan to eat out or bring your groceries to cook. They have everything you need for that. Bed wasn't the most comfy. And I didn't have any contact with a single staff member so it was all very self-service which wasn't terrible but a different experience from a typical hotel.

Pros:

It's in a convenient location, not far from Turangi, but at the same time it's a beautiful serene spot, perfect for a refresher on a long trip or to use as a base for some local exploring.
