Very dirty and a real let down.

The clamping tent photos are amazing but in actual fact they are set out like an army barracks.

Pleasant stay!
Pros:

It was quiet and tidy, well looked after resort and all other guests were respectful. The road and gardens were very tidy and neat! Great cabin, surprised me how spacious it was on the inside.

Cons:

Not a serious concern but the sand/gravel just outside our cabin and on the deck was quite messy.

Quiet spot away from the Hwy
Pros:

Great value and friendly staff,

Cons:

The location was a long way off the hwy which would be good if wanting to get away, but i just needed a stop over night. It was probably me not looking at map properly i thought it was that far.

We went thinking we could eat at the restaurant but unfortunately it was closed so we had to drive over to the other side of Ballina on the ferry to get food.

Avoid this resort unless you want to risk being marooned in this flood prone location .
Pros:

The management of this resort is disgraceful.

Cons:

The management needs to understand that the location they are in is prone to flooding on the access roads which can be an issue if you need to leave the property or risk being marooned in this isolated spot accessible by ferry.

Peaceful.
Pros:

Peaceful location with friendly staff and well maintained facilities. Wild unspoilt beach. Easy access to Ballina cbd via the ferry. Spacious and uncrowded.

Cons:

Not safe to swim in the sea.. There was one grumpy big dog barking at all the other dogs walking past.
