The property was "in nature" so very quiet & peaceful. Cabin was well equipped.
We are both of a mature age & the bunks in the cabin didn't suit my sister & I. The parking area for our cabin was dirt & sand hence we were carrying the dirt thru the cabin

Stairs to access unit. Ferry service required to access the site. EV charging required none standard access card.

Nothing, absolutely terrible customer service!
We lost over $220 on this booking due to last minute cancellation as we were not informed there was a ferry trip involved. Our child has sensory issues and catching the ferry (barge) in the dark was not an option. There was no mention of this in the advertisement when we booked the day before. We had just driven 8 hours and arrived to the ferry terminal around 6 pm, with 2 young children and could.not proceed. It would have been well over a 50 minute trip further to go around via the bridge which we also did not know about at the time. Very poor advertising. They take your money but dont care about you actually being able to get there, with little to no information about said ferry. Very poor we are disgusted!! We requested a refund, and explained why, as i contacted the property immediately, however, "Colin" refused. Disgusting way to treat a family with a special needs child!

We bought our grandchildren for a glamping treat. We have done this before and it's become a family treat.
Unfortunately the weather was against us and due to wind and rain our BBQ was unusable. The Cafe was not available mid week so we had some very ordinary eating. Lucky we had some supplies we could work with. The Cafe might want stock some more ingredients and a sandwich toaster etc for days like this. Also some more activities for wet weather. Still loved it though. X
