Your accommodations total is a bundled rate and is made up of two components: Accommodations Rate and Guest Services. If staying 7 nights or longer, you also receive a mid-stay service. We loved the apartment and would love to come back!
Pros:

The apartment was clean, spacious, beautifully furnished and very comfortable.
We particularly loved the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.

Comfort and space makes for a relaxing holiday break
Pros:

The Sands Resort was at the quieter end of Yamba. It is situated opposite the beach although the more popular swimming beaches are closer in to the town. Having said that, the pool at the resort is very convenient for those who want to swim. The un it was spacious with plenty of room to relax. Extra large TV and access to streaming services in our unit.
The village is an attractive tourist location with great options for dining and cafes.

Cons:

Lack of blinds on some windows (bathroom) meant it was difficult to achieve full darkness for sleeping.
The unit was on the top floor and this meant carrying items up three flights of stairs - Note that the kind staff did offer to help if required.

Wonderful place, we would like to return again in the near future 😀
Pros:

Location, the view, the rooms were lovely and spacious and nice linen. A lock up car park and the facilities of a pool and tennis court.

Cons:

The pool was freezing however not sure if that is a usual thing! Hot spa though!
