Your accommodations total is a bundled rate and is made up of two components: Accommodations Rate and Guest Services. Good location but would not stay here again
Pros:

The property was in a very handy location close to shops and restaurants

Cons:

Our unit was on the first floor but from the car park we had 3 flights of stairs to carry our luggage up and as we are both in our 70,s we found so many stairs too much for elderly couple and the bed was only a double which was very tight wiuld have been good to at least have a queen size bed for the price that was charged for 3 night stay

We had a great time at The Sands and would stay there again.
Pros:

The unit was spacious, comfortable, nicely appointed and is in a great location. Reception staff were friendly. Easy check-in. Amenities were good and parking was secure.

Cons:

Ensuite bathroom definitely needs an exhaust fan. It also has one of those open showers where some water does flow out onto the rest of the bathroom floor which I feel is a potential slip hazard. The supplied bathmat did nothing to combat this. We had a first floor unit which required two flights of steps. No lift available so keep that in mind.

Pleasant stay but won’t return due to the stairs .
Pros:

The unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The view was lovely and it was reasonably close to town .

Cons:

Unfortunately to get the lovely ocean view you had to climb over 40 stairs . That was exhausting with several loads for 2 , 70 year olds . The ensuit had a large spa bath over the shower and again not suitable for older folks .
