The position of the Resort is excellent being across the road from a beach as w ell as only a 15 minute comfortable walk to the shops
The apartment was given a thorough clean half way through our weekly stay

Pros:

Amazing location, pool is perfect for kids. Right across the road from the beach. Easy access in and out. Staff are amazing and super organised. Everything ready to go when we arrived. Will definitely be back!

Pros:

Resort has good pools and tennis courts

Cons:

I booked a 1st floor ocean facing one brm unit. On arrival I was told we had been upgraded to a three bedroom unit on the top floor but the other bedrooms would be locked.
The result was that we ended up on the north east corner with neighbours looking in and glimpses of the ocean. We kept curtains closed and barely used the verandah.
Also instead of 15 stairs to a floor one apartment, we had 51 stairs to the living area and another 15 to the bedroom. There are no lifts. Tough upgrade with no debate or explanation of consequences.

A very good quiet place to say and close walking distance to most commodities
Pros:

Location and general fit out set up of the unit.

Cons:

The sofa /couch was very uncomfortable. Unless you layed down it was not a pleasant place to sit. Fan switches were difficult to operate. Cupboards were dis organised with unwashed cups found in the cupboard. Had to tighten all the screws on the dining chairs as dome were almost out.

We have stayed here previously and would stay there again. This time the town house was not clean all dishes, knifes, spoons and forks needed rewashing. The glass in the main shower had not been cleaned there was soap all over it, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The kitchen bench had food on it. There was sand all over the stair rail as if the previous tenants had hung their towels along the rail. There was what looked like coffee to be spilt all over the coffee table you can still see it on the frame it the table. On the shelf in the main bedroom there was sticky residue with hair stuck to it. Our first visit in the town house was much cleaner. Sorry to report back this information as we do enjoy staying there in 55!
