Pros:

チェックイン、セルフチェックアウトがスムーズ。スタッフもとても感じが良かったです。部屋が綺麗で、広くて明るくて、とても良かったです。

Cons:

下がレストランのせいか、建物に入った時にタバコのにおいがしました。リフトがなく、荷物を階段で2階まで持っていかなければならない。

Ignore worn stairs carpet. The rooms are quality and suoer clean

Location, large comfortable bed, good shower. Fridge, toaster, kettle in room. Easy chairs and table. AC. All very clean. Helpful staff.Good restaurant plus 15 per cent discount for guests. On site free parking

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

Really loved how compact and clean it was. Accessible to locations nearby. Not far away from the city centre. Customer service was excellent. Very helpful with my late check in and check out. And most importantly, what a delicious Chicken Parma at the downstairs restaurant bar. Will come back for sure.

Night booked 6 months prior to stay was verry good, room comfortable & clean.

Cons:

Mix up with room booked as additional night was a complete disaster. On arrival found that room was booked for different night even though it was booked direct over the phone. As no rooms were available were given then worst room possible which is used for disability access and charged full price for it. Very disappointed with this, when moved to proper room next night stay was very comfortable.
Staff need more education and training even in bar/dining area as same person who took booking was working in bar/dining that evening and really did not seem to know what they were doing. They were turning customers away looking to dine in when there were tables available.

Good value decent sized room. Good value meals in restaurant too.
