Would stay here again but definitely request a room at the back of the hotel due to noise from road
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The menu in the restaurant was great and the food was fantastic.

Cons:

my room was not refurbished as were other rooms that friends were allocated and their bed was much more comfortable

A little out of central Hobart but a pleasant walk into the city, can Uber back.
Pros:

Located about 2.5-3km from the centre of the city. From Federal Street it is a pleasant downhill walk along busy Elizabeth Street. Room and bathroom spacious. Friendly receptionist helped carry luggage upstairs as no lift. Quiet room.

Better than expected
Pros:

Busy time in Hobart with this pub/hotel one of our only options - a good decision. Free parking, good pub restaurant and the room newly refurbished. The room was big with everything we needed, bathroom was new with a good shower. Staff were friendly and efficient.
