Overall, we are happy with our stay at Black Buffalo.
Pros:

The hotel is located within short distances from places we visited. It also provide complimentary parking space which is nice to have.

Cons:

Though we only need to climb 1 storey, would be exceptional if there is a standard lift or at least platform lift. We have 5 luggages which weigh about 20 kg each. Also has one senior with weak knees. For this round we can still manage as one of us is a young adult. He provides the muscles for the luggages while the weak knee senior climb up slowly. Other than these, no other negative comment.

Thoroughly enjoyed this stay. I also enjoyed the vegetarian soup on offer at the restaurant.
