Great location, great service, great value!
Pros:

Checking in to the hotel was quick and easy. Our room was very large and spacious with ample room for everybody. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and keen to assist, even bringing some food we ordered up to our room for us. On site parking close to entry door. Pleasant location with view to Mount Wellington. We would certainly stay again.

Cons:

Minor noise from some patrons downstairs in the outdoor seating area (it was Saturday evening) but this soon quieten down and we had a very good night’s sleep.
The sliding bathroom door wasn’t able to be locked so potential privacy issues for our family room.

The bar and restaurant people were fantastic

Cons:

In bathroom holes in ceiling and it is dim with the new lights, the shower hasn't got enough lean to the plug therefore we had to place the shower mat closer to the outlet
