I like everything about nova heated pool, friendly welcoming staff, great view from room, very essentials things in room

Staff we friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with access to a gym and pool they even had a little coffee sho
Pros:

Was in a quite area. Had everything we needed and in walking distance to cafes shops and water

Cons:

The only thing I'd say was the balcony was very tiny and no where to sit and it looked out over two very yuk back yards but that didn't change the loveliness of the room and sheer curtains covered this

There is no mini kitchen even there is no oven over there. Also there were no cutlery no dishes nothing to eat there even their air conditioner wasn’t working very bad experience.

In general it is clean and tidy .
Pros:

l liked the location it’s close to everything you can walk to the beach and close to everything by car aswell.

Cons:

The room need a small table and chairs so you can have a breakfast on the go and extra room to hang your clothes and one more thing I didn’t like that you can hear the noise from the other room when they use the shower.

Cosy room and balcony, nice bathroom and toiletries. Coffee / tea making facilities and fridge. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Spacious and modern, nice layout, excellent location, clean

Cons:

Disappointing service for a hotel that's advertised as 4 stars. The minibar listed on the hotel's amenities wasn't actually provided. The kitchenette was also missing a few basic items, such as a teapot and even salt and pepper. I went to reception to ask if these could be provided, but unfortunately they weren't able to help. There was also no in-room dining or room service available.

Pros:

Good location.
Comfortable bed.
Hot shower with good pressure.
Decent cup sizes for a proper cuppa, rather than those little ones hotels normally have.

Cons:

Confusing check in process, wasn't clear how to get to car park and public parking spaces out the front were taken. (You need a swipe card to get into the underground parking).

My room got very hot in the night and I couldn't get the air con to work, so had to open up the sliding door on the balcony to get some air in.
