There was something making electric noise from time to time in the room while I was sleeping. Might be the mini fridge. It was quite loud for a while.

Clean, quiet and convenient
Pros:

Good quiet location close to downtown. Loved the coffee van and seating in the reception area. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only one staff on duty for reception and housekeeping so took some time to be checked in.

Lovely stay in beautiful Kiama.
Pros:

Great central location. Relatively quiet for location.

Cons:

An extra bench or seat inside the room would have been handy. The bed was comfy, but did wobble a bit if you rolled over.

Definitely a successful stay. All requirements met. Highly recommended. We'd happily book again.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our one-night stay there. Nova delivered the basics very well. Our room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The basics were all we needed and we were very happy with what we experienced. It's a little quirky too, with a converted VW Combi in the check-in area serving cafe-style drinks and food. There's also a gym and pool on the premises which we didn't want or use. We arrived by train from Sydney and walked the remaining 50 metres to the hotel. We were concerned about noise from the railway disturbing our night but we heard nothing. Staff were young, attentive and professional. Good room rate too at A$150.

Pros:

Property was relatively new so all the inclusions were new and the place was high tech. Very clean room. Well located in Kiama. Staff were quite helpful.

Cons:

Check in .. it would have been easier to park in the street .. check in .. and then drive into the basement garage .. but there was no parking in the street on a Sunday afternoon .. I chose to drive along the narrow driveway to the rear of the property and park on the small grass area there .. then walk to reception to check in. Once I had my room key I had to reverse back along the very narrow and steep driveway to locate the key swipe point before going forward again into the basement garage. I have never experienced something as difficult to access off-street parking.
