Fantastic - Super Clean - Great Location
Pros:

This property is older but who cares - it is beautiful, clean and packed with everything you could need - we had the best time here - shout out to Mark the Manager (such a helpful guy)

If they dropped the price 100$ would be perfect and maybe a flat fee of late check out
Pros:

I liked how nice the owners were and how helping and they offered good places to eat

Cons:

I did not like the price as it was a fair bit of money for average stay nothing really out standing and they change an extra 50 dollars per hour for late check out.. all in all it had everything you needed from kitchen to dining room washing machine and own little court yard bath room and a living room

Cons:

For the money, the facilities are incredibly basic. The toilet is in the laundry, not in the bathroom.

Pros:

Bed was comfy. Location was good for beach access. Convenient to some amenities such as restaurants and service station/convenience store.

Cons:

A bit over-priced. Only kitchen/living areas had air conditioning, leaving bedrooms quite warm in hot/humid conditions - and signs instructing you to turn the AC off if you aren't in the unit. What else does the nightly cost include, if not comfort? Requirement to leave all items washed and put away to avoid cleaning fee, but we had to re-wash everything before we used it because it wasn't clean. Shower water pressure not great. Would prefer hand basin near toilet instead of having to walk through kitchen to bathroom to wash hands.
