Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Staff were absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in. We were extremely happy with our dinner, best chicken Parma, and the chicken kebab was an absolute show stopper! Could not fault a single thing, highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Mount Gambier

Love this hotel. The rooms are lovely, the staff are cheerful/friendly, the food in the bistro is great. Only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is because we wound up in a room without a window - you probably never think it’s an issue until it happens. 😂

Beautiful and very (extremely) clean room with lovely ensuite. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend, will stay here again any time very happily.
Poor service. Would not provide a refund despite extreme circumstances - our car broke down in the rain on the way to the hotel and they just chose to hide behind the fact that it was booked through Expedia and their “strict cancelation policy”

This hotel was an excellent choice. You never know whether the photos online match the actual hotel and room. They certainly do! So clean! Beautiful room that clearly has been newly updated. Isabelle at the bar/check-in desk was so helpful and friendly. Would recommend this to anyone!!
