Highly recommend this accommodation for groups.
Pros:

Location - close to airport. Easy access to Remarkables.
Ferry across to centre of Queenstown close by.
We were a group of 6 - 3x couples, very roomy accommodation … facilities excellent!!

Was a beautiful accom. 2 bedroom apartment was very suitable for elderlies as there’s no stairs.
Pros:

Everything was great.

Cons:

Some worn out facilities like the fan and carpet on stairs but no biggie.

超级棒的皇后镇公寓
Pros:

环境优美，装修豪华，配置齐全，非常漂亮的湖景，还能观看皇后镇机场的飞机起飞，湖景大阳台看日出日落，看星星看月亮，漂亮极了。
工作人员非常友善，沟通顺畅，响应迅速，有免费停车位，如果喝酒或懒得开车还可以直接坐船往返皇后镇中心码头，非常方便。

Pros:

Nice clean apartment. Very good communication via email for entry instructions and information about parking etc as there is no reception

Cons:

The parking is not ideal if you have mobility issues. The walk up from the parking is quite steep and lengthy particularly if you were unlucky and it was raining!

Great place to stay for our 3 days in Queenstown
Pros:

Very spacious 2-bedroom apartment, magnificent views, well stocked kitchen, comfortable couches, en suite bathroom had a bath (which was very much appreciated!), quality linen, even had a laundry which we hadn't expected. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The beds were a little hard for our liking, so that was the only negative for us.
Also there wasn't parking close by; we were pleased to be able to have the use of underground parking a little way away (at no additional cost) but it was a fairly steep hike back up the hill to the apartment. We were pleased to have the use of the parking, but we had to factor the additional time to walk down to collect the car before heading out for the day. Small price to pay though for the lovely apartment.
