Pros:

Suited our group of 5 couples well as each room had our bathroom and the apartment had a good kitchen lounge area to meet up in.

Cons:

Parking for bigger vehicles will always be a problem. We had parking on the side of road which was ok but if we missed a spot wherre to ?
Carpet in front of sliding door very worn and could trip the unwary

Location was good for our transitional travel needs.
Pros:

Location made it easy for us to be able to travel towards Te Anau the next day. The apartment itself was pleasant and well furnished. Easy to access with the codes.

Cons:

We needed the apartment overnight to link Queenstown with a trip to Doubtful Sound the next day - this was an ideal location for us. However - it was difficult to find a place to park outside and to offload just the overnight materials that we needed - and then a bit of travel downhill to park the car overnight - with a strenuous walk to get back up the hill (twice due to our need to get a couple of overnight groceries for breakfast with the store a few kilometres away)

Highly recommend this accommodation for groups.
Pros:

Location - close to airport. Easy access to Remarkables.
Ferry across to centre of Queenstown close by.
We were a group of 6 - 3x couples, very roomy accommodation … facilities excellent!!
