Everything especially the staff and the cleanliness of property. Its location was alos very good as it was close to many various transport stops like busses and light rail, it was also close to the beach.

Very poor? Access is very bad, not recommend to anyone.

Cons:

Very awful the apartment but after walking 1 minute there is very beautiful beach.

Note staying there next time.
Pros:

Location was good bit out of CBD. Quite area to stay.

Cons:

Ac was not working, fan was working on low speed. Response time from property manager was slow.

We loved our stay :-)
Pros:

A family of five (5), we stayed in a 2BR on the Ground Floor. The unit had everything we needed ... clean and spacious apartment, the kitchen was fully-equipped, beds were comfy, there was a washing machine and dryer. There is underground, secure parking. The kids (15, 13, and 10) loved the pool and the jacuzzi.

Perfect location!! The apartment building is less than 100 m from the beach. The Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is a short drive away. The Esplanade is also a short drive / good walk away. Sea World is within a 20-minute drive.

We were impressed that there was a beach umbrella, and 2 x outdoor folding chairs in our apartment :-) ... we used the folding chairs at the beach. Toni, was a great host ... she was warm, pleasant and friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Gold Coast.

I definitely would return and recommend this nice location for booking!
Pros:

The location was perfect and in close proximity to the beach, tram and buses. There were places to eat, socialize in the immediate area. The location was quiet and the property was reportedly under new management. The apartment issues that I pointed out were attended to timely.

Cons:

Upon arrival the key was available in locked box; I think someone possibly had access to the apartment prior to my arrival and left evidence.

Pros:

Location, beds and lounges were comfy, facilities and staff were friendly

Cons:

Old, run down and very much in need of a thorough renovation especially for the price we paid.

Also the main issue and problem we had was the apartment directly above us was doing renovations every single day from 6 am in ten morning. Absolutely ridiculous and completely disrespectful to the other tenants and tourists like ourselves.

Bien situé, appartement dont le confort peut être amélioré
Pros:

L’appartement est très bien situé à moins de 5 minutes de la plage et de la station de tram florida gardens. Possibilité de marcher jusqu’à surfers le long de la plage en environ 20 minutes.

Cons:

J’avais réservé et payé pour une chambre avec lit double et 1 2 eme chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple et j’ai eu un appartement avec seulement 1 lit double et 2 lits simples. Ma fille a du dormir dans le canapé lit qui est très inconfortable puis sur un lit de camp au bout de 3 jours.
L’appartement mériterait d’avoir des rideaux qui ferment et des stores corrects car des 5 heures du matin il fait jour dans toutes les pièces.

Wharf Boutique Apartments
Pros:

The apartment was as described, it was comfortable for myself, my husband and our 2 children. It was close to the tram line, and the beach was no more than 100m away. The apartment had everything we needed for the week.

Cons:

There is nothing that we can think of. We would happily go back.
