Good location but need to get better beds and clean linen.
Pros:

Location was good and rooms were quiet

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable compared to other motels I have stayed in. A comfortable bed is the main thing I rate on as a room doesnt need to be flash but a good nights sleep is vital.
There was also a blood stain on my doona, it was hidden by sheets top and bottom but that is not OK..if the stain wont come out then the doona should be thrown out.
