This property has the perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and town centre. You have a view of the beach while sitting on the ground floor veranda. Loved the size of the appartments. It has been kept very clean and is spacious. Modern and cool for the climate.

Cons:

Can’t say we didn’t like anything, about the property.

Tony the manager is fantastic, so welcoming. The location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the beach and the main street (Macrossan) is also minutes away.

Outstanding accomodation, fantastic pricing and perfect location.
Pros:

Our week stay at balboa apartments was nothing short of spectacular. The apartment was spacious, very clean, modern and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed throughout the week. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect as well. Walking distance to the Main Street and four mile beach. The pictures online do not do this place justice! Tony was a pleasure to meet and a friendly face to see around. We are definitely going to miss Balboa but we will be back next time. Thank you for having us!

Great appartments in the best location.
Pros:

Location was amazing.
The apartment was very clean with well equipped kitchen

Cons:

The property did not provide any beach equipment,nor games in the apartments.
There was not enough of the toilet paper or bin liners.
The apartment didn’t have solid doors in the bedrooms.
