Good location. Lovely bath and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Rattling windows! Rattled with the wind and when people parking out front closed their car doors. Double glazed windows for road facing rooms would have been nice.

Lovely character established property. Clear instructions for arrival and departure. Clean well appointed room. Very quiet environment. Free off street parking a big plus.

We had a romantic stay in this beautiful building.
Pros:

A beautiful period building with plenty of charm and an excellent size room. Having a bath with a view was special.

Cons:

We knew there were plenty of stairs but lugging heavy luggage up wasn’t easy. Not the property’s issue though.

I’d recommend this accommodation to other travelers; it was a beautiful place to stay.
Pros:

We had the exec studio and it was superb. The ornate ceilings and bay window were beautiful, giving it an historical feel.
The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Pros:

What a fantastic place to stay. The old world charm but so comfortable and cosy. Such a great location to stay in Launceston. This was our favourite accommodation for our 10 night trip to Tassie.
