Great location, comfortable, spacious and clean rooms.
This was an extraordinary historic mansion. It was a real privilege to stay in a place that was well looked after.
This is a real first world problem. Milk cartons to squeeze milk out made a small mess for the housekeeper.

Beautiful, charming heritage property with comfortable bed, modern bathroom, lovely furnishings.
Access to the car park was via steep stairs but we were told about that upfront and it was possible to park on the street to load and unload suitcases so not a big issue.
The presentation and cleanliness of the room was excellent, bathroom supplies of soaps, conditioner were spot on as was the selection of coffee & tea facilities, the mentos were a nice touch, off street parking excellent though driveway a little on the steep side.
Did not realise when booking that meal service was not provided, though location mean't a short walk down the hill was all that was required to secure a meal.
Lots of space in room, quality furnishings, great location. We were in room 6, terrific room, yes, some stairs to get to room but well worth it. Easy walking distance to main part of town. Very quiet accommodation.

This is the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. They do a fantastic job of cleaning, it is spotless! Very large room and a great bath in the bathroom. The standout for me though is the cleanliness - it is just so clean!

Lovely building with charming historical features. Bed was really comfortable and the rain shower is great! Also love the separate bath.
There’s alot of stairs to get from lower carpark up to building entrance. Of on top floor there’s 2 more flights of stairs making it difficult if you have heave luggage.
