Would definitely stay again but not in a room on the main road
Pros:

Beautiful large well equipped room. Spotless. Physically very comfortable.

Cons:

Noise from the street. Rooms 6 and 7 are on the main road with bins below the get emptied very early. The glass is old single pane.

Opulence in the heart of Launceston
Pros:

The opulence of this place is amazing and the location superb. Everything is withon walking distance. We loved the very high ceilings, full kitchen and dining room of the 3 bedroom apartment.

Cons:

Lots of stairs from the lower carpark so hard with suitcases!

Amazing. loved it very comfortable room large and spacious. I would recommend it.
Pros:

Location was great. Really liked our stay. Will definitely recommend it.

Cons:

The only thing I can fault this property with is very steep access with luggage 🧳 and they haven't got lifts.. however i do understand it is a very old heritage building. But other than that very beautiful I loved my stay there and will go back.

Lovely hotel for a short stay
Pros:

The building is lovely and the rooms comfortable.
It is about a 7 minute walk into town for restaurants and the beautiful gorge walk (uphill on the way home) very helpful lady at reception 🙂don’t miss the Saturday morning market for the food trucks and bustling vibe..
There are no facilities in the hotel so into town for food etc is a must!

Nothing, was concerned reading reviews about the hills etc, but found it an easy walk into city.

Disappointed
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Damaged front steps. Broken tap in bathroom. Way too noisy from other rooms, every door that shut, toilet that flushed, television and shower from other rooms we could hear, plus the heavy front reception door, it felt like we were in a dormitory. Very disappointing.
