Service and the environment were excellent
Liked everything
Celebrated my birthday with a wonderful dinner at The White Swan. The food was gorgeous (we had the lamb rump and the brisket reuben), the drinks were superb (if you’re into cocktails, I recommend the Riversdale Rosebud) and the service was outstanding! We were looked after by Charlee, who was an absolute delight and made us feel incredibly welcome. In fact every member of staff we spoke to had the same sunny outlook, even though it was a wet and gloomy night outside. It’s easy to see why this place comes so highly recommended. Thank you!!!
Amazing room.....clean, comfy, bed was a cloud......food sensational......shower you could have a party in......you must go and stay.....highly recommend
We had visited Greytown for some time out. The White Swan upgraded us to their ‘Suite’. Stunning on all counts. Its location was on the ground level wit the car park right along side. The staff were very cheerie from Reception to the staff in the restaurant. Totally enjoyable. Probably the best accommodation we have stayed in in some time.
It took us a while to master the TV and its apps.!
Excellent location and we were upgraded to the Pinot Noir suite it was stunning.

We were travelling to Wellington for Kings Birthday weekend and decided to leave on Friday and stay at the White Swan.
We had the best treatment and a great room looking over the park. Comfortable bed warm and cosy.
The receptionist was our waitress too, as we dinned in the Restaurant that night.
The food was amazing and we just had the nicest time.
Would highly recommend a stay.

Our stay at The White Swan was absolutely amazing! We were so pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us to the Suites. It was a lovely gesture that made our trip truly special

The White Swan definitely didn’t disappoint. We stayed in The Homestead suite, an enormous, tastefully furnished room complete with a kitchenette, dining table and comfortable couch. The bathroom was super clean complete with an enormous shower and a luxury bath.
We enjoyed a snack in the pub one night but on the second night we were treated to a gourmet dinner experience at The Captain’s Table. We couldn’t fault it - every dish was an absolute delight to look at and to taste. The waitress was knowledgeable, patient and friendly.
The hotel check in and out was efficient and the staff were a pleasure to deal with.
We can’t wait to return!
