Won’t be staying here again.
Pros:

lovely Thai restaurant onsite adjacent to reception area. Food was delicious and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Furniture had stains, all bamboo ceilings had dust hanging from them, all ceiling fans were covered in thick grimy dust, carpet in between main bedroom and ensuite was frayed and and a severe trip hazard, water did not empty properly from bathroom sinks - clogged with hair, frying pans still had egg and baked on food, door in second bedroom did not lock at all - making unit insecure. Voucher left for discount on next visit, threw in the bin, will not be staying here again.

Pros:

The room overall was so great!! We loved the space, comfy beds, it was child friendly and had all we needed. The resort gardens and surroundings were beautiful and we loved stepping out of our unit onto the beach.

Cons:

There were a few things we noted that need mentioning:
Fans are really dusty and dirty.
Mould, dust and fur was growing on the knife block.
Cooking pans are not suitable or appropriate for a large family room of 8 people.
Blankets from the cupboards smell and have stains on them. Need a wash
Light switch for the LED lights in the kitchen can’t be turned off. The switch is broken.
Sliding glass door to shower in main en-suite broken and doesn’t slide properly
Dining table wasn’t wiped down properly
The internet reception is really bad. Movies and shows kept buffering.
The bin in the kitchen is so small and there are no extra garbage bags. Very hard to manage 8 guests for 3 days with one small rubbish bag.

Was a good location, beds were a bit too firm for our liking,

Fantastic location right on the beach

Cons:

The unit needs some repairs and updating. Cleaners need to do a better job. We going Easter eggs, streamers and notebook under the pillows on the lounges. No garbage bags inside the bins in the kitchen.

Location excellent. Accommodation amazing. Very homely and comfortable. Highly recommended

Cons:

The shower was terrible. The shower head kept slipping down and it was either super hot or cold temperature with very little water pressure. If you upgrade this, there is absolutely no way anybody can complain 😀

Sad family experience 😟 Wish we’d read reviews
Pros:

Great location, stunning beachfront views and a nice pool and beautiful ocean deck area. The onsite, (but independent), Thai restaurant was EXCELLENT!
Unfortunately that’s all the positives, it’s clear that the private owners of the individual resort studios care more about profits than guest experience. Our unit for family of 5 was clean and tidy, for $360 a night it was though well below our expectations, (only 1 of 2 aircons worked, dryer was faulty, not enough place settings for 5, damaged furniture, bbq gas near empty), fittings, fixtures and furniture would have been “on trend” in the late 90’s but should have been renovated many, many years ago. Same goes for all of the resort really, the spa is archaic, gym is beyond terrible and generally it’s well past worn out, (only photo I took ~ outdoor furniture summed it up really =tired & broken). Signs up throughout our studio warning of “you’ll be charged if you don’t x,y&z. Don’t bother with contacting reception as it’s mostly closed. We made it a great stay as you do with a family but we’ll be spending our money elsewhere in the future,

The location is fantastic, and the beauty of the beach in front of your villa is stunning. The view is mesmerizing, and it’s an excellent spot.

Nothing in particular, and it's good value for money. However, it would have been better if there was internet access.
