Disappointed.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Neither televisions worked. Nothing was done due to it being a weekend. Could have been moved to another room.The place was pretty empty. Drapes were old and dragged onto the floor. Not a good look. Key system was tricky and why have two keys when only one was required. The so called spa was no longer available.

Very happy with everything. Met our needs for a place to base our sports event from.
Pros:

We were able to walk to our sports event at beach and walk to get dinner.
Staff allowed a late checkout which made our exit way more manageable.
Room layout suited a couple with friend.
Good privacy.
Beds were comfy and nicely made up.

Cons:

Plunger coffee would have been nice - plunger supplied was good.

It was a good place to stay and in walking distance of everything and will stay here again. Staff where very friendly

Fantastic stay, close to beach/pilot bay with easy walk to cafés, restaurants, shopping etc.
Pros:

Location, safe parking was excellent & exactly what we were hoping for as was close to everything.

Cons:

Room direction signage on the walls be a help, but was fun looking for our room tucked away in the corner of level 1.

They did not service the room so no coffee top up did not empty bins first night switched on Jug & had a power outage could not contact anyone for help had to figure it out myself painful not something you want to deal with when travelling for work or at all

That its so close to the beach. Laundry in bathroom with both washer and dryer. And the microwave, everything you need. Pricing was good for the Property

Scam disaster
Cons:

I arrived at 5:20pm and no check in was available as reception was closed, after I tried calling for assistance nobody helped and I had to book accommodation elsewhere. There was no check in times displayed on the advertisement page and therefore I did not know they closed the reception so early. Nobody even wrote back to apologise or offer a refund.
