Overall quite nice and if a bit cleaner would be top notch.

Interesting experience

Cons:

We had an interesting experience, someone else took our room so we had to wait almost an hour for staff to reach the hotel to sort out for us and they put us in a different room to the one booked we asked for a SMALL refund as it was obviously a major inconvenience but also had to walk to town to buy dinner as we couldn't get into our room to cook the food we had bought with us. We were told refund would be sorted on Monday and as of today no refund and they are ignoring our messages. We understand mistakes happen but when we paid $258 for one night we would've expected at least something in return for this issue as it was also not our fault and it couldve been dealt with better, I also had to go and knock on the door of the original room and get my receipt and my envelope with my details off the person who took our room.

2nd time I’ve stayed here. Great location, lovely upgraded apartment, perfect overnight business stay.
Pros:

Location is perfect! Gardens and room layout are nice. After hours instruction was perfect and helpful. I had stayed once before with family. I chose to book for an overnight business trip and it was a good familiar choice for me.

Cons:

Locking the door on the room was hard for me and I awkwardly made a lot of noise figuring it out, such as the way to turn the key, how much force to push the door etc - sorry to the neighbours while I did this.
Also clearer eye-level exit signs in the parking area pointing to the exit door would be helpful. It was dark and wet and I couldn’t see the arrow on the ground.

Great place to stay, highly recommend.
Pros:

Good location by the beach and plenty of shops. Room was clean and had a good view and deck along with everything we needed. Checking in and out was also easy.

Cons:

Only issue for us was that we could not fit our van in the carpark and had to park a fair bit down the road.

Overall very enjoyable
Pros:

Easy to find, staff excellent very clean and tidy room. Nice and central easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The tv needs to be a smart one couldn’t watch Netflix most places you can log into your own accounts. This was the only fault we had about the place.

No windows apart from sliding door. Bed is pretty low. Portable heater provided did not work. Went to reception several times but reception was unattended each time. Called phone but no answer. Left voicemail but mo reply til now.

Could have been better!!!
Pros:

The location was great for both the beach and the main street.

Cons:

The room smelt like strong. It wasn't pleasant. The sofas were filthy dirty and we didn't want to sit on them. The wifi was appalling. The tv wouldn't connect at all and the noise at night from other guest is ridiculous. Even guests walking outside our room could be heard. The blind in the main bedroom is also a waste of time as it let's in so much light.

Disappointed.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Neither televisions worked. Nothing was done due to it being a weekend. Could have been moved to another room.The place was pretty empty. Drapes were old and dragged onto the floor. Not a good look. Key system was tricky and why have two keys when only one was required. The so called spa was no longer available.

Very happy with everything. Met our needs for a place to base our sports event from.
Pros:

We were able to walk to our sports event at beach and walk to get dinner.
Staff allowed a late checkout which made our exit way more manageable.
Room layout suited a couple with friend.
Good privacy.
Beds were comfy and nicely made up.

Cons:

Plunger coffee would have been nice - plunger supplied was good.

It was a good place to stay and in walking distance of everything and will stay here again. Staff where very friendly
