11/10 A+++ amazing pricing amazing stay. Wonderful!
Pros:

We came as 6 guests staying in the 6 guest apartment, before we even got to the place front desk called us about our arrival and made sure that everything would go smoothly, once I arrived it was very fast, easy and straight forward. Reception lady was wonderful to deal with and the apartment itself was really nice, clean and welcoming! We planned to go to the clubs for the night and just needed a place to stay which is exactly what we did, very close walking distance to everything. The apartment itself was very well maintained and quiet as in could hear no noise from the surrounding rooms. Overall great experience I would definitely book again if we came.

Cons:

The parking, sadly there was only 1 park per room but I also did not enquire about this. And this does also seem way more than reasonable as there is safe free parking just outside. The aircon remote was missing in our place but nothing cracking a few windows couldn’t fix! :)

Awesome location, walking distance to the beach, cafes, ice cream parlors and Mount CBD.
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect. The bed was comfortable and the availability of full kitchen and laundry facilities was great. I really appreciated being accommodated, for an early check in and the receptionist/owner was absolutely amazing with check in and with my enquiries.

Cons:

The downfall on our stay is that there is no air conditioning in the units, and being situated in the Mount, you can imagine the temperatures. We had 2 fans, which we pretty much had to keep on all day and sit next to just to cool down. We even left the ranch doors open throughout the day and slept with them open overnight, for cool breeze.
The bi-folder doors that close off the second bedroom could use some maintenance or even replacing as on one side would close, while the other was broken.

Location was good, bed was comfortable.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Parked the car and walked everywhere.

Cons:

Insufficient power points to put the meagre heaters where they were needed. One of the two heaters had a plug that ran hot. Didn't feel safe using it. That left just one small heater. No heat pump so unit was often too cold.
Also had no hot water for the first night. Problem got fixed, but really shouldn't have occurred in the first place.
