Location was good, and good facility. Just service let them down for cost paid for stay.

Location good and nice property with good facilities. The underfloor heating was going and no heater or heated towel rails in bathroom. It was really cold. Underfloor heating got turned on after 24 hrs of our stay when I complained about cold bathroom. There was a heat pump and gas fire but no heating in bathroom to dry towel s and these were not replaced as no servicing on our second day! No pool towels available as we had been told and had to ask for these.
Not serviced daily and we were not told this. For this cost expect daily servicing. I didn't feel the staff were particularly friendly or interested in our comfort. And the cooking smells in Reception were horrible

Great location would highly recommend to others. Great value for money.
Pros:

Very spacious. Apartment more like a small house in terms of room. Best apartment we have experienced in New Zealand to date. Short walking distance to shops and restaurants. No need to drive our vehicle.

Cons:

The visitors manual could be improved. Took a little while to work out the TV. Light switches everywhere including switches for gas and spa bath seperate to spa bath. However minor issue when compared to quality of apartment.

Perfect stay in Hanmer Springs
Pros:

The underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom floor tiles was amazing! Super comfy bed as well, loved the gas fire, super cosy.

Nice and handy. Needs some tlc but we had everything we needed.
Pros:

Great location, spacious living area with enough seats for everyone. Comfortable beds

Cons:

It’s getting a bit tired, needs some work. Bathroom fan keeps going long after you have left the bathroom which is really noisy
