Quiet location that is pet friendly

Lovely rural spot and only 5 minutes from town and supplies.
The room was warm and well-appointed.
Loved the shower. Great pressure and hot.
Good wifi. Lovely grounds and view, and we were there on a very quiet weekend.
I can see it being a great option for families and groups.

The only comment I would make is that the bed was two singles pushed together which made for a slight hump in the middle, not conducive for morning snuggles, but that is a very minor observation.

A self contained room with a lovely outlook, well thought out and comfortable. The accomodation was positioned well for getting around Dunedin without the stress of traffic. It was a room for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day. Friendly and unobtrusive staff made us feel welcome;

Property has easy access both to Mosgiel, Dunedin and Dunedin airport, yet gives that lovely country feeling.

Loved our stay at the Longbourne Lodge! It felt very quaint and peaceful. We enjoyed our breakfast on the outdoor patio, and it's just a quick drive to Dunedin!

Very clean & had whatever we needef

Last minute stay and had we more time I would have liked to extend our visit. The owners are meticulous about their cabins and property. Have thought about every little detail to make your stay as safe and comfortable as possible. Stunning views of the mountains and countryside. The lawns and gardens are beautiful and we loved watching the little rabbits bobbing around. It is definitely a labour of love and the owners should be commended. Pat and Hugh C.

This is a stunning property, has lots of great conveniences, is well appointed, and the owner was lovely.

A little out of town but that suited me perfectly for the reason I was there. The setting and gardens are beautiful and the rooms are lovely. Quiet, clean and well equipped.
If traveling with a dog there is a specified, fenced, off lead area which is just fantastic.
This was my third stay and I will definitely stay again.

This is a unique rural property, in a nice setting. It had lots of space, clean and the roses were off the hook. We had a nice meal in town, at a place the proprietor recommended.
