Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A security deposit/refundable bond of NZD 250 is required upon arrival. This will be collected by credit card/debit card. It can also be paid in cash only if you intend to arrive and depart within the reception opening hours. You should be reimbursed in full within 7 days of check out subject to return of the key and inspection of the room.

The property's reception opening hours are:
- 8:30 to 10:00
- 14:00 to 18::00
On public holidays:
- 9:00 to 10:00
- 14:00 to 17:00

If you are arriving after 6:00 you will need to complete the pre-check-in process which will be emailed to you approximately 48 hours prior to your arrival. Once this has been received; we will either email or text you our late arrival details before we close the reception.

Children aged 17 years and below must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian to check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It was cold, we had to turn heat pump up to 31 to get some heat. No spare blankets in the room. Filters probably need a clean.

It was very tired needs a lot of maintenance done to keep it up to scratch. The heater has to be up to over 31 degrees for any heat to come out the whole system is so dirty it has never been maintained therefore it’s blocked up preventing the heat from coming through. The staff need to be on site a lot longer than only a few hours in the morning and the same in the afternoon it’s not a good look for guests.There was a big crack in our shower floor which has obviously been there awhile and should have been fixed. Toiletries in the bathroom were very poor no shower cap or hand soap. Towels were supposed to be white but were very grey looking. We have stayed on this complex a few times and it has certainly deteriorated to what it used to be like. Unfortunately we would not stay again.
