Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A security deposit/refundable bond of NZD 250 is required upon arrival. This will be collected by credit card/debit card. It can also be paid in cash only if you intend to arrive and depart within the reception opening hours. You should be reimbursed in full within 7 days of check out subject to return of the key and inspection of the room.

The property's reception opening hours are:
- 8:30 to 10:00
- 14:00 to 18::00
On public holidays:
- 9:00 to 10:00
- 14:00 to 17:00

If you are arriving after 6:00 you will need to complete the pre-check-in process which will be emailed to you approximately 48 hours prior to your arrival. Once this has been received; we will either email or text you our late arrival details before we close the reception.

Children aged 17 years and below must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian to check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It was awful
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

The apartment is very outdated and dark. They stipulated that if you left a dish out you would be charged $30 washing up fee. The room looks like something from the 70's. The hallways are dark and it did not feel safe

Great value stay
Pros:

Location great..well appointed and great furniture etc.

Cons:

No bathroom toiletries...need some little extras like shampoo etc. Also more than. 2 towels for 2 people. As a woman I need 2 one for my hair ans one for body after a shower. But otherwise great thank you!

A super break Would book this apartment again
Pros:

Easy check in & out. Spacious for a couple and 1 child. Easy walk to beach and restaurants Warm pool and hot spa.

Pros:

Location good. Room was clean. Size of room was great.

Cons:

I had to put down a $250 bond which really hurt the budget. Still waiting for it to be released 24hrs after check out.

New adventure
Pros:

Easy location to find , they make sure everything is explained for your arrival before you arrive . Even on departure your sent messages explaining the procedure, the location is brilliant short walk round the corner and your on the beachfront or to the left and your on the harbour front. So many cafe options for food. The room was huge offered everything you need including a washing machine and dryer.
The bed was large and so comfy.Large Lounge area with 2 x seater sofas with large TV.
The Staff are so welcoming beautiful caring people ,happy that you chose them to stay with, which is really nice.

Pros:

Staff were friendly. Room was clean.

Cons:

Very overpriced accommodation compared to other places I have stayed. Decor is dated, hallways etc are dingy. Charging a bond is not usual practice for hotels I have stayed in either and puts extra pressure on people.

I went for a drive for an hour after dinner so I didn’t have to hang in the room
