Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A security deposit/refundable bond of NZD 250 is required upon arrival. This will be collected by credit card/debit card. It can also be paid in cash only if you intend to arrive and depart within the reception opening hours. You should be reimbursed in full within 7 days of check out subject to return of the key and inspection of the room.

The property's reception opening hours are:
- 8:30 to 10:00
- 14:00 to 18::00
On public holidays:
- 9:00 to 10:00
- 14:00 to 17:00

If you are arriving after 6:00 you will need to complete the pre-check-in process which will be emailed to you approximately 48 hours prior to your arrival. Once this has been received; we will either email or text you our late arrival details before we close the reception.

Clean sheets, good location

Cons:

Demanding a bond, releasing the bond a week later, the premises not looking like the photos or like the description, twin towers doubt it I was on first floor of a three story decrepit building. No room Service, towels smelt strongly of bleach, tiles need re-grouting in bathroom super filthy, has the same decor as it was first built I'm guessing late 80s.
Staff rude.

Lovely property, shame about the boy racers
Pros:

The room was lovely and spacious with everything we needed plus more, also very clean.

Cons:

The booking process was not very easy and when I ended up ringing to speak to someone (as it was before reception closing time) I could not speak to an actual person that was very frustrating. The main thing we were not happy with was the boy racers racing around the streets. After a very long day of driving I just wanted to go to sleep and couldn’t because of them. While I would absolutely stay again as far as your property goes, unfortunately something out of your control would stop me staying anywhere in that area in the future.

Ocean view. Comfortable spacious close to beach town restaurants bars. Nice hot spa. Helpful staff. Own Parking Space.

Room 336 T.V remote does not work, Bedding cover needs updating, need brighter lights in kitchen.

The entire hotel is shabby and has a peculiar smell.. The rooms , although a good size, are worn and grubby. The photos they show of the rooms on line are particularly disappointing, probably taken 10 years ago. I would not recommend the place.
