Pros:

Location was close from lake

Cons:

The property given us upon arrival was(on ground floor no lake view) not that what was shown during booking(shown first floor lake view ). Bed room lights were not working. Bit smelly properly. Lady staff on call was rude and offer me to cancel booking but didnt provide me first floor even there were 2 flats empty at late evening. We had to cancel booking and find another accomodation after long travel from christchurch. Literally spoil our family holiday and whole tour plans. During call properly stafflady was blaming booking.com for this issue which is not usual as we been booking our accomodation through booking.com without any issue from years.

雖然一開始他們給錯了房間再加上語言隔閡的關係所以講電話時沒那麼順利，但工作人員很好很有耐心最後還是處理完畢了 推

We were allocated unit 8 and were disappointed at what we received. Dishwasher not working, furniture outdated, washing machine lid broken, no water for a few hours on one day…..

Pros:

Plenty of room in the 2 bedroom apartment. Linen and bedding was good.

Cons:

Facilities are looking tired and in need of updating. A 2nd bathroom would have been great. Lighting was dull in the bedrooms.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Property was clean and tidy, great location, had a beautiful view, safe off street parking
Pros:

Easy to access, great central location with view of lake, clean and tidy, comfortable and warm beds.

Cons:

Nothing - maybe just recommended a few more items in kitchen ie cooking tray and baking paper for those preparing food.

Amazing views & real comfort in the heart of Wanaka.
Pros:

The property overlooks the lake at Wanaka. Just a short walk from shops, bars & restaurants. The view from our apartment was amazing. The lake & snow-capped mountains were clearly visible from all the windows. Amazing!

Pros:

We were given Unit 1, which overlooks Lake Wanaka directly. It was a huge unit good for 4 pax, with a fully equipped kitchen and large living room.

Cons:

The mattress was uncomfortable. Unit 1’s designated car park was at the back of the property.

ที่พักไม่อุ่น ฮีทเตอร์ไม่เพียงพอ ขอทางโรงแรมไปแล้วเจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่าไม่มีใครอยู่บริการให้ มีเพียงผ้าห่มไฟฟ้า ในห้องสองเตียงใช้ได้ได้แค่หนึ่งผืน และในห้องที่เป็นเตียงใหญ่ มีผ้าห่มไฟฟ้าเพียงครึ่งเตียง เมื่อเปิดน้ำที่อ่างล้างจานมีตะไคร่ดำดำออกมาเป็นเส้นเส้น น่าขยะแขยงมาก เบาะโซฟาเก่ายุบ ที่นอนยุบ ประตูฝืดเวลาปิดเปิดต้องกระชากแรงแรง ล็อกก็ยาก ฮีตเตอร์ตัวใหญ่ก็ดับดับติดติดตัดเป็นระยะไม่อุ่นพอ ครอบครัวเราเลยนอนแค่คืนเดียวและต้องไปหาที่พักที่อื่น ซึ่งทำให้เราเสียเงินเองโดยไม่ได้เรียกร้องจากทางโรงแรมได้ สรุปว่าไม่ดีให้หนีไป มีดีที่ทำเลอย่างเดียวเท่านั้น
