Position is unbeatable
Pros:

We have stayed afew times before in various apartments - this one was good and bad! The beds were super comfy as always. The place clean with lovely fresh white towels and linen. The position is perfect.

Cons:

There was no washing machine or dryer which other appts have. The heater in the bathroom didn't work. The dishwasher didn't work. The fridge was small with the tiniest of freezer compartments (just the top shelf with a flap). There were only two stools at the kitchen bench. Fine for a couple of nights but if we had been there for any longer would not be acceptable.

Pros:

This accommodation in Wanaka was the best experience. The unit was very nice, comfortable, and warm, with hot water and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Thank you, and I would definitely book again. I highly recommend it!"

On the whole a comfortable night
Pros:

Quiet and very roomy. Very comfy beds and great shower.

Cons:

Unit was looking a bit tired and the heat pump wasn't working properly - would go hot then cold.

Was a great location for our overnight stay.
Pros:

Location and view were excellent.

Cons:

No soap for washing hands in bathroom, no toiletries at all, area behind headboard in Bedroom 1 needing cleaning.

Over priced for what we got

States I would have ground level room which was requested as required for guest and then had to go upstairs (Friend cannot visibly see to walk up stairs) bench tops in both kitchen and bathroom were in poor condition, electric blanket did not work and heating was not sufficient. I did not get told what room I was in and had to call the property to get clarification.

A tidy unit in a quiet location
Pros:

Check in was fast and efficient, the room was very clean, tidy, and exactly as we expected. The heated floor in the bathroom was much appreciated on a cold winters morning. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

Only the weather as the rain prevented us from exploring the area.
