A tidy unit in a quiet location
Pros:

Check in was fast and efficient, the room was very clean, tidy, and exactly as we expected. The heated floor in the bathroom was much appreciated on a cold winters morning. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

Only the weather as the rain prevented us from exploring the area.

Wonderful location, fantastic
Pros:

Amazing location right on the lake. Huge room, really great facilities. Only a short walk to a shops and to visit the Eels. Washing machine and dryer, plenty of room.

Great location with easy walking access to lake and town centre
Pros:

Fantastic location very close to the Lake and town. Good space in apartment and well furnished. Comfortable for a longer stay.

Cons:

Access was a bit dodgy with big heavy bags. Suggest TV could be a little larger to better compliment the space.

Apart from the check-in problems, the stay was very enjoyable.
Pros:

View was great. Closeness to Wanaka township was great - walking distance to restaurants and cafes and lakefront

Cons:

Check in was not good. A text giving the lockbox number was meant to be sent in advance and did not arrive. We had to phone the managers on arrival to get the lockbox combination and find out the unit number. The same problem happened with two other groups who arrived the day after us, but when they phoned the managers there was just voicemail and they had to wait quite a while before they were contacted back with the details.

Location was close from lake

Cons:

The property given us upon arrival was(on ground floor no lake view) not that what was shown during booking(shown first floor lake view ). Bed room lights were not working. Bit smelly properly. Lady staff on call was rude and offer me to cancel booking but didnt provide me first floor even there were 2 flats empty at late evening. We had to cancel booking and find another accomodation after long travel from christchurch. Literally spoil our family holiday and whole tour plans. During call properly stafflady was blaming booking.com for this issue which is not usual as we been booking our accomodation through booking.com without any issue from years.
