Strong smell in the property

Nach der Ankunft, übermüdet und reisekrank, gab es sehr nett Hilfe bei den Codes, um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Zum Zentrum sind es nur 10 Minuten Fußweg. 2 Supermärkte sind noch näher. Das war für 2 Nächte Aufenthalt sehr praktisch.

Good apartment in a good location with free parking, but for me the bathroom was just too small.

Excellent location just a short walk from the centre of town. Quiet and peaceful location, with stunning mountain views. Good supermarket and a fresh food market across the road. The room suited our needs perfectly as a homely and comfortable base to explore Queenstown for a week. Plenty of space, well-equipped with a full kitchen, comfy couch and dining table, good heating, nice bathroom and double glazing.

Room was clean, fresh and tidy and had everything we needed.

I stayed in one of the units with a private balcony. Very lovely place and lovely view. There was a parking at the top so you wouldn't have to climb the stairs. The unit was perfect and basically had what you need!, cooking utensils, Tv, heater, toiletries. It was also a perfect spot, with a grocery just a 2 min walk, even walking down to the main CBD took 11-15mins . Would definitely stay again 😊

The self contained studio accommodation was very comfortable and was within 5-10 walk into town. A nearby grocery store was convenient. Bus to ski area is also located near by as are other tour pick-ups.
I did set off the smoke alarm on a number of occasions due to it being too warm in the studio (not my cooking lol). The only critic I have was there was no plug in for the hair dryer in the bathroom. Communication with the owners was always very responsive.
Overall I would highly recommend this accomodation.

We stayed a week for a skiing trip. We stayed here before, there are some improvements such as a ski equipment shed with drying facilities. It is perfectly placed for getting the ski bus to Coronet peak and walkable to town. Supermarket and grocery store nearby. Dining out in Queenstown is expensive so we made use of the kitchen for our meals. The apartment is showing a bit of wear but this didn't detract. It is large, well equipped with a nice bathroom. There was a bit of noise from the unit above us, a subwoofer was booming after the quiet time at 10pm but we didn't complain.

Our stay at Abba Motel in Queenstown was fantastic! The two-bedroom unit had all the amenities we needed and was a perfect home base for exploring. We loved that the motel was within easy walking distance of the main Queenstown tourist area, and the views were incredible. We had a great view of the gondola and the stunning, snow-capped mountains. Having our car parked right in front of our unit was a huge convenience as well.
The only minor downside was that the laundry facilities were coin-operated. It would have been even better if there were a cashless option, but it wasn't a big issue. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Abba Motel to anyone visiting Queenstown.

Lyndon was lovely and accomodating. Seemless experience. Nice to have the convinience of being close to town, have a supermarket opposite and a nice kitchen.

Good stay

Great communication, room was pre heated on arrival, room has had some improvements which are great with work still to complete over time.
Room was perfect for us and great view of the gondola.

Great location, friendly helpful reception, easy flat walk to town, supermarket 1 min walk away, great to self cater as eating out in Queenstown can be pricey. Comfy beds, great views from outside your door. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We had a fantastic stay at Abba Court Motel! The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—an easy walk into town but still nice and quiet. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we really appreciated how easy everything was. Grocery store across the road (2 minute walk) as well. Highly recommend for a convenient, clean, and comfortable stay in Queenstown!

The apartment had a great view and a Netflix tv. Lyndon was very helpful with guiding us through the self check in.

Exactly what we needed for our stopover in Queenstown. Decent kitchen facilities (albeit an older style cooker which could do with an upgrade to match some of the other apartments), great location walkable to all local amenities and ample onsite free parking incuded. You can tell the owners have tried to make small changes to modernise the rooms so that was good to see in an older style motel. Loads of dust up the walls though and cobwebs which were noticeable at night with the lights on, but everything else was clean otherwise!
