I had a good time.
Pros:

I was really happy with the location, and the view. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were neat and tidy.
The bedrooms had overhead fans and airconditioning.

Cons:

I was a little disappointed with the carpets in the lifts and bedrooms in the apartment. The bathrooms need an upgrade and the ensuite bath needed attention. I was disappointed that there was no airconditioning in the living area as when I arrived it was a very hot day and the curtains were open so the room was very hot and there was only a fan. On the following days, I pulled the curtains across to stop the heat which defeated the purpose of having a room with a view.

NEVER EVER STAY HERE

Nothing, the location was the only good thing

Cons:

I have a 7minute video of the filth and disgusting state we were given the room.

They also advertise accessible rooms but they are not. I have never seen so much filth in my life. The staff were rude, and dismissive and attempted to take my entire payment thankfully nour from booking.com was on the phone and heard everything and then proceeded to give me a full refund and report them to be removed from booking.com

The dirty and dated unit really ruined our holiday

Close to the beach and the city centre. Tennis court and pool were good

Cons:

The room was literally falling apart. The sofa was so dirty, old and full of dust we had to buy a cover sheet to be able to sit on it. Bathroom was filthy, shower water pressure was so bad we could barely take a shower. No wifi. Lights in the bedroom unusable due to terrible flicker.

Location was absolutely fantastic ! Beach front. Walking distance to shops, tram, activities, food. The view from the balcony was amazing ! I could watch the beach and ocean whilst laying in bed in the main bedroom. The pool, sauna and spa were great. Bbq area was great too.

Cons:

When we first arrived there were multiple cockroaches throughout the kitchen. The floor was also sticky in the kitchen giving the impression it wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived. The washing machine didn’t work and the layout wasn’t practical.
I had to go downstairs the next morning as we arrived late in the evening and the receptionist moved us to another room. Same thing the layout wasn’t practical and the main bed was just 2 single beds pushed together it wasn’t very comfortable. The pressure of water from the showers weren’t great in the room we stayed in.

Pros:

Location was excellent.
Staff were just wonderful from start to finish. Barbie was just so gorgeous. We arrived late and the staff made the check in process so easy.
Our apartment was very nice. We had a low level apartment and the view was still pretty good. Really enjoyed their large spa. Would definitely go back again.

Pros:

Great location, friendly customer service staffs, gas cooktop, even you can't get east face units but north east face units still can get great sea view.

Cons:

Need some renovations (even a couple of thousands dollars input can make it a big difference..e.g. furniture wrapping, door handle replacing (it will cost ten bucks each from Bunnings) and some painting etc. but it's worth for the $$ and you can have plenty room for a 4 people's party...
