Pros:

It was a great location with beautiful views.
The room was comfortable with good facilities

With the exception of cleaning, the location was fantastic, staff were lovely, Room size was fantastic

Great location and view, staff were friendly and helpful, unit was a great size for family of 5

Cons:

The cleaning was not the best, there was a lot of rubbish under dress when opened to put clothes in them, towels left by previous clients on the balconies hanging on chairs, hair on walls in the shower, no basic things you would normally find like salt

Filthy with cockroaches taps broken fridge dirty with a cockroaches inside it carpet stains walls and doors dirty. Didn’t have beds we had booked and paid for one person had to sleep on folding bed veranda had cigarettes butts on floor

Great affordable place perfect location
Pros:

Loved the location, was a great price for being right across the road from the beach short walk to Cavill Street

Cons:

We did have to ask for the rooms to be cleaned again as they had been cleaned then locked up for some time so it just needed a freshen

Great Location & Spacious Apartment
Pros:

We loved our stay. The location was perfect being walking distance to the beach and we were very glad to have a complimentary car park which was great since finding a park in the Gold Coast can be a challenge.

Cons:

The room we had was a little dated. We also found glass all over the balcony at check in and one of the curtains was broken. But besides this we had a fabulous stay.

While the facilities were good but the cleanliness of the apartment was pathetic.
Pros:

The location is the best part. Near to the beach and walking distance to the restaurants.

Cons:

The apartment needs a good cleaning. The carpet is filthy and there were cockroaches everywhere. In the cupboards, dishwasher, microwave and even the toaster. Very dirty and needs a proper pest control carried out.

The location was convenient with being close to restaurants, public transportation, and the beach.

Cons:

The general cleanliness is quite poor, there was thick dust over many flat surfaces, lamps and door handles. The carpet was sticky, there was hair, sand and glass left in the bathrooms. Overall, would not recommend this facility.

Not a desirable place to stay
Pros:

Close to the beach not too far from surfers paradise

Cons:

For a three bedroom apartment 1 fob and 1 car park made the stay difficult. The apartment was not clean, long hairs found in the bed and around the apartment, thick dust around the place, smeary windows, left over items from others guests.

Cons:

Unfortunately for the duration of my stay there were cockroaches throughout the apartment. A few of the sheets on the beds were not properly cleaned and there was a bunch of old/opened food left in the pantry (not sure if this was from a previous guest or intended for our use).

I am extremely disappointed and genuinely regret my decision to choose this property. The condition does not match what

There is nothing to like about this property apart from its location.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the condition of the accommodation is extremely poor and completely unacceptable, especially considering the high price I paid.
There are cockroaches throughout the property, including the kitchen, bedroom, and living area. In addition, the kitchen utensils provided are dirty and unhygienic, making them unsafe to use. The bathroom towels also has visible dirt.

The carpet is also in a terrible state and was visibly dirty, with dead cockroaches present. Overall, the property is in the worst condition I have ever experienced during a stay.
