Great location, but could do better
Pros:

Location is great

Cons:

There was no air conditioning vent into the third bedroom, which made it unbearably hot and couldn't sleep in there. The cooling through out the rest of apartment seemed insufficient also, even at coolest setting. We had to use fold out couch in the lounge room as a slightly cooler option to sleep. However the fold out couch was extremely uncomfortable and dirty when we folded it out to use. I tried to email staff and notify of the situation, as the reception is hardly ever maned. My email was not replied to. I did however manage to notify reception when checking out, so hopefully they rectify this so nobody else has an uncomfortable stay. The indoor pool was also dirty, you could literally see particles floating in the water where the underwater lights are.... unfortunately the outside pool was empty upon arrival due to having broken glass, so we were without a pool first couple of days....

Was a great spot just needs a mattress topper on the bed

Pros:

This was a huge apartment and had everything we needed - it was great! Such a good, walkable location and I loved the balcony.

Cons:

Staff in the lobby were quite rude and pushy - not very accomodating.

Pros:

The apartment is spacious, clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The views from every window are exceptional and the location was faboulous. We loved our stay and highly recommend this place.

Location, close to everything, right on the beach was a bonus. they had 2 pools one outside and one inside,
Room was good with an ocean view

Cons:

It's an older facility, some of the infrastructure was bit tired, Spa wasn't working when we were there.

Would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

Location was excellent.
Very comfortable, excellent facilities. Newly renovated.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately, shoddy workmanship on some of the new renovations was disappointing. However, once notified, staff were quick to resolve.
