Highly recommend. The location is fantastic. Right across from beach, markets and next to Cavill St. We loved both of

The location is the best! So close to Cavill St, across from the beach and markets. 2 great pools and lovely views. Wished we stayed longer!

Cons:

One of the dining chairs needs the seat replaced as it’s hallow and has no padding left. A few of the couch seats are the same.

Location, Location
Pros:

Apartment was clean, spacious and well set out. Staff were very helpful. Property situated directly across from patrolled beach. Views from our balcony were amazing. There was a choice of 3 pools...outdoor, indoor and spa. Perfect location to Caville Avenue which comes alive at night. Short walk to Orchid Ave which is also full of restaurants, bars etc. Five minutes walk to trams and river tours. Everything happens within walking distance. Certainly recommend this property, we will be back!!

Simply Amazing
Pros:

What’s not to love, from great out of hours check in to very spacious rooms, very clean facilities.. . Very lovely lady at check out.. Right on the esplanade, beautiful sounds of the ocean. All restaurants and facilities just moments away. My little girl loved the indoor pool. She is already planning her next trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay ♥️ it was for my daughter’s birthday and she loved it.

Location right on the beach close to all shops and view.

Cons:

Shower in ensuite bathroom dripping throughout, couch in living room was very old and you sank down so low felt like you were going to sit on the floor.

Huge flat in amazing location
Pros:

Huge flat, couldn’t be a better location. Big comfy sofa for the fam jam to hang out. Very well equipped, awesome facilities. The two men tending the front desk were hilarious and set the scene for a perfect welcome.

Cons:

The mattresses were old, hard and uncomfortable. The property needs some tlc, Eg the kitchen drawers have fallen off the runners. The view of the beach is half obstructed by the neighbouring building. For these reasons is why I thought it was good value for money when compared to similar properties. I’d actually stay again if they invest in new mattresses.

Spacious apartment in great location.
Pros:

Spacious, well appointed apartment overlooking the beach. Very comfortable bed and great location for swimming, local eateries and entertainment. 10 minutes from Seaworld. Good value and would stay there again.

Cons:

I wouldn't recommend the apartment for small children as the balcony railing height and gap means it can easily be squeezed through. The underground carpark access is very narrow so recommend a small/med car. The lighting is also poor. The lifts also smell strongly of deodoriser.

Great view,close to everything but was so dated. Adding a few more quality comforts from toilet paper and soap

The view was truly amazing

Cons:

The room was truly dated - no ice supplied - had to fill up ice trays - but ended up buying ice - rules for cleaning - decided to dispose of ice just in case being charged. Toilet paper - really as only one is supplied please
at least supply a bit of quality. No tissues either.

Great location, beautiful beach views
Pros:

Location is perfect! Great views! Beach across the road, Cavill Ave & shops/restaurants a very easy walk. We could watch the 'action' from our balcony. A triathlon event was happening out the front which was fun to watch! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Beds really comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Cons:

The bathrooms in our apartment are a bit old/outdated but still clean.
