Great customer service from the reception staff. If they aren’t at the desk you can just call them and they come straight away.
The property was in a great location, being just outside the really busy and noisy part of the city.
The room was spacious and having the washing machine and kitchenette to wash clothes and cook meals made it very convenient.

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were pretty average and old so they could do with an upgrade - but for the price it was overall a fairly comfortable stay.

It’s old and in desperate need of a referb
There was no parking for us available we were gonna stay another night but there was no staff and it was not possible to organise
There are plenty more hotels in Brisbane that are way better and cleaner and more organised and I won’t be going back.

Cons:

Dirty dishes, sauce from previous people on cupboard, beds very uncomfortable. Broken bedroom cupboards, carpet freyed and had nails sticking out and stuck into my children's feet

okay but could be better, needs improvement & maintenance

Good location. Friendly & helpful staff.

Cons:

Car park wasn't available, bathroom flooded if you had a bath due to a blocked pipe - staff were very good at trying to fix it as a plumber wasn't available, but as we had a 5 yr old with us who only likes a bath it was a real pain. Also our apartment was 2 storey which we didn't know until arrival - I have mobility issues & it was the 5 yr old first time away from home ( we felt she would have trouble finding us if she woke through the night), as the hotel was fully booked we couldn't move - just something to be aware of when booking. The carpets were very worn & dirty, overall the whole place could do with a refurbishment.
