Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, im Herzen des Old Quarters.
Außerdem war es sehr sauber und das Reinigungspersonal kam jeden Tag pünktlich zur Mittagszeit.
Das Fika Café ist wunderschön und auch das Frühstück war für den Preis gut!

Cons:

Zumindest in unserem Zimmer war das Bad sehr alt. Es sollte wirklich dringend renoviert werden.
In der zweiten Nacht hatten wir eine riesige Kakerlake im Zimmer.

Die absolut traumhafte Lage. Direkt um die Ecke Train street und viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Old Traum eines jeden Streetfood Fans. Süßes kleines eigenes Cafe im Haus.

Cons:

Mega harte Betten. Der angekündigte Blick in den Garten entpuppte sich als Blick in irgendwelches Geäst und Gestrüpp und dreckigen Hinterhof. Wer keine krähenden Hähne am frühen Morgen (ca4:30-5uhr ) verträgt, schaut sich besser nach einem anderen Hotel um.

Výjimečná lokalita, bezvadný personál, velmi příjemný hotel
Pros:

Skvělý výběr jídel k snídani a možnost posezení na pěší zóně před hotelem. V přízemí má kavárnu. Prostorný čistý pokoj s balkonem s výhledem na okolní domy a vzrostlý strom na pěší zóně. Vkusný design interiéru. V neposlední řadě skvělý personál - příjemný, věcný a ochotný.

Cons:

Některé zařízení v koupelně - alespoň v mém pokoji - by se už mohlo vyměnit (měl jsem prasklou a prohýbající se vanu, kohoutek trochu protékal, sprcha), ale byla funkční a čistá.

Pros:

Sehr zentrale Unterkunft, tolle Essensmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür. Train Street und Bahnhof in 5-10 min erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind schön und haben einen süßen kleinen Balkon zur belebten Strasse hin. Unbedingt die Kaffeevariationen im Café unten probieren!
Zum Frühstück gab es mehrere Auswahlmöglichkeiten an Vietnamesischen Gerichten und leckere Zimtschnecken.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns wurden mehrere Touroptionen für die Lan Ha / Ha Long Bucht vorgeschlagen. Die Tour in der Lan Ha Bucht ist sehr empfehlenswert, mit Abholung am Hotel, einen guten Tourguide auf dem Schiff und Kajaken in der Bucht.

Great location & still relaxing
Pros:

Location is awesome! You can step out on to a bustling street and just blocks from the famous train street and it’s still quiet enough to get a great night’s sleep! The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast options include eggs and delicious drinks :)

Cons:

A couple of the light switches were broken and the A/C dripped on our bag soaking our belongings right before a long flight :/

Pros:

Hanoi Street Hotel has a great location, but what really makes this place stand out is the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my time, especially getting to know each of the staff members who were always cordial and friendly.

Super Preis-Leistung, unschlagbare Lage. Süßes älteres Hotel mit Flair und hübschem Café .
Pros:

Das Personal und die Chefin sind super! Ich hatte erst ein Zimmer, was dunkel und bedrückend für mich persönlich war. Es wurde sofort nach einem anderen geschaut- das war teurer aber perfekt für mich. Mit Balkon, Blick ins „Leben“, gemütlich und geräumig. Die Lage des Hotels ist super und das Café im Hause wundervoll. Der Coconut-Coffee war mein persönlicher Favorit!

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer entsprach mir und auch der Beschreibung nicht ganz. Mag wohl daran, dass es im 1. Stock nach hinten raus lag.

A Gem in Hanoi.
Pros:

Staff Staff Staff...... location location location!! Situated in a walking street, surrounded by restaurants and bars. About 100 metres from train street.
Staff were absolutely lovely people.

Cons:

We couldn't stay longer.

Schönes familiäres Hotel mit entspannter Atmosphäre im Herzen der Altstadt
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr gute Lage, ruhiges und großzügiges Zimmer im 7. Stock.

Cons:

Das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und funktional.

Best location in Hanoi!
Pros:

The location is in my opinion the best in the city. its in the old town and everything is walkable but it not directly on a busy street making it way more relaxed to get in an out and also reducing the noise significantly. I stayed another time more directly in the old town and the noise was unbearable.
I had the single room and it has a good size with good storage and seating options.
The breakfast was also nice and I also sometimes for a coffee and snack break went to their cafe.
A small note: their google maps location of the hotel is off by a few meters which might confuse some people. its a few meters down the street. the google maps location of their Cafe Fika is accurate.
I felt very good staying here.
I read in previous comments that grab cant drive in and the pick up is further away but its only 50 m away so not really an issue.

Pros:

The location was great, close to everything and with a lot of eating options in the street. Staff were super friendly!

Cons:

The room is very dark, cold and humid. It doesn't look like in the pictures. There is a big tree in front of the windows, so no natural light, even on sunny day. At night, it was very cold and the aircon didn't really work on heater, so not confortable at all.
It is noisy indeed, but more because of the people inside of the hotel.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen. In der Nähe der Trainstreet. Das Frühstück war gut und hat mich super in den Tag starten lassen.

Cons:

Leider hat mein Zimmer nicht mit dem auf der Buchung übereingestimmt. Hatte mich auf einen Balkon gefreut, weil ich mir was Gutes tun wollte. Den hatte ich aber nicht.

Pros:

Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit, da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, auch die Lage kann nicht besser sein um die Stadt zu erkunden, so ist die Trainstreet nur ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
Zimmer mit Balkon lohnt sich um das Treiben beobachten zu können.

Cons:

Recht dreckige Zimmer, die Bäder bedürfen einer Renovierung, Gestaltung der Zimmer könnte auch besser sein.
