Pros:

Good location, comfortable unit.

Cons:

The bathroom window needed a blind, it was opposite the lift and only lightly opaque.

All in all we really liked the place and we would stay again for sure
Pros:

Location was awesome!
We checked in late after hours and it was super easy, key drop off in the morning also really easy.
Car parking
Pool and spa was really nice

Cons:

The bed was not super comfortable but it was fine.
And the only other thing that could be an issue for some is it’s not super soundproof, could hear doors slamming at all hours and people on the balconies.
Didn’t bother us at all but may bother some people

Pros:

Excellent location with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Ocean view from our balcony. Room was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Very quiet and staff were helpful and accommodating. Pool and spa area was lovely and maintained well

The apartment had everything we needed. It was basic with a great view.
Pros:

Location was perfect for what we needed. Water pressure was fabulous - no complaints there. Views of the beach were lovely but it is on a main road so it can get noisy during peak hours. Onsite parking was convenient and secure.

Cons:

The room was a little tired and lacking lighting - particularly in the bathroom/vanity area.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Our room had great water views. The complex is in a wonderful location as it is only a short walk to the beach, surf club and restaurants. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Had some noisy neighbours but you can get that wherever you stay.

Very disappointed

I liked the position

Cons:

I thought it was exorbitant for a two night stay. I pd $540 for the two nights and I would rate the apartment as a 2 star. There was a dreadful smell of sewage near the lifts and the odour inside the lift was unbearable. I suspect I have a drainage or sewage problem. The unit had a very strong sense of bleach that actually made me feel ill. I had two uncomfortable nights because of (a) the bleach fumes as could not open windows as on the 1st floor and anyone could climb in and (B) the pillows and bed were not very comfortable. In addition, the blankets did not smell fresh and I would suggest they be laundered. I am not a fussy person but I was expecting a quality apartment for that money. I am sorry to say but I will never stay here again nor would I recommend. U either need to reduce your prices or improve your quality. My friends stayed at Alex resort and they got a two bed for $600. It was like a palace in comparison. Sunny, on the 5th floor with lovely views front and back

Dissappointed as not value for money and the bed was very uncomfortable.

We found the bed very uncomfortable.

We were dissappointed for the size of the room given the price which we felt was overpriced compared to other accommodation in the area with ocean views.

Overall our stay outside was very pleasant being in close proximity to the beach ,cafes, restaurant.
Pros:

We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel.

Cons:

The sofas and the chairs were very dusty.
No room service for the time we spent during our stay. Beds not done and towels not replaced.

The room wasn't very clean. There was sand on the floor, and when we went to get into bed, there was sand in the sheets—had to wash the sheets as well as the blankets in the cupboard, as they stank.
