Not a place to stay in the Summer or hot seasons
Pros:

Location of the resort is good. Restaurants, IGA all within walking distances. Swan River across the road for a nice run or walk. I always stay at Broadwater whenever I am in Perth for work and usually in the colder seasons.

Cons:

We stayed at the resort for eight nights and, due to availability issues, we ended up staying in two different types of apartments. This wasn’t a problem for us. However, in both apartments there was no air‑conditioning in the bedrooms—only a single unit in the living room. Although standing fans were provided, the warmer days toward the end of our stay made it uncomfortable, and we eventually had to move our mattresses into the living room to sleep.
In one of the apartments with a loft, there was an air‑conditioning unit installed, but it didn’t work. Maintenance attempted to repair it, but it failed again shortly after—and since Maintenance only operates from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., it couldn’t be addressed outside those hours. definitely not a place to stay in the hotter months.

Great location definitely a plus, negative could do with some renovations /upgrade
Pros:

Location was excellent for our stay, restaurants, shops within an easy walk. Staff helpful and nice on checking in and out.

Cons:

The room we had needed some renovations, (looking tired), the price we paid was very high for two people (we required a 2 bedroom apartment, rate charged at 6 people accommodation due to bedding configuration, despite not requiring or utilising the loft space).

Pros:

Perfect place to spend a few days. Lovely new bathrooms. Beds comfortable. Can't really cook with utensils available but fine for toast and had a microwave. Pool a brilliant touch for an end of day swim. Would return.

Cons:

Kitchen, but we were eating out anyway.

Loved the room!
Pros:

Loved the room, it was peaceful even thou the freeway was close.
Pool and spa were awesome.

Cons:

Only the stairs down to the room was an issue (we didn't realise, if we did we would've ask to be in a room without stair access).

A restless week in Perth
Pros:

We were provided with a large double room with decent cooking facilities and two bathrooms.

Cons:

It's close to a major freeway, so traffic noise starts to build from 5AM in the units facing the freeway in spite of double glazing. The toilet seat was broken and some of the linen stained.

Fine for a quick stay
Pros:

We had plenty of space, self-catering, close to shops and appreciated early checkin. Great washing machine. Nice pool

Cons:

The number of stairs and no lift made it difficult with luggage. Dishwasher was very poor, not working on top shelf. Great balcony but freeway noise was intense.

We enjoyed our stay . The central location and meeting alot of people swimming in the pool
Pros:

Reception always went above and beyond to assist us with all requests. The great location.Going for a walk and watching the sun set . Fishing off the jetty and a park with 4 great swings. 5 minutes from the hotel.great for the kids

Perfect stay by the water.
Pros:

Very spacious and quiet at night.
Close to a bridge over the highway. Perfect location for morning run.
It is a little away from the city center but parking is included and super easy access to the city.
It has a large shower space too and very clean.
