We stayed for New Year’s Eve. The location was perfect to see the fireworks off the jetty just a small walking distance.
Pros:

Location was perfect, friendly helpful staff. Large rooms and the pool was so lovely.

Cons:

The large gates at the front of the property had a little malfunction.

Kids loved the pool.
Staff were very accommodating

Bedrooms were a little hot at night.
The loft bedroom had no curtain which made it very bright in the morning

Enjoyable
Pros:

2 bedrooms, comfy beds and pillows, new renovated bathrooms like pool and tennis courts for kids

Cons:

Value for money was quite expensive for what we got in comparison to previous places we have stayed
Quite old kitchen, carpets and couches, would be nice to supply few basics like salt pepper oil baking paper etc as nothing except tea and coffee in kitchen
Plug for kitchen sink didn’t fit so not able to fill sink

Staff are all extremely helpful lovely and welcoming well done Broadwater Resort close to all
Pros:

Very accomadating with all our needs

Cons:

Wheelchair access car park would be great to have as Carpark too tight for us to get the wheelchair in and out.
Had to off load in the street which is not ideal
When you have a child with a disability.

Pros:

Location is great and the pool was wonderful for the kids. The rooms are large and it was great having a washing machine and dryer.

Cons:

The unit could have been cleaner. The veranda should be cleaned and the table wiped before each stay. Need to supply a vacuum cleaner and a broom to help keep the apartment clean for longer stays.
