Très bel hôtel avec toutes les commodités et bien situé.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait juste devant un grand Parc et vu sur mer ( a l’arrière)
On voit que c’est un Hôtel ancien mais qui a su évoluer au fil du temps. Très beau coin piscine avec salle de sport.
Le petit déjeuner est top.

Relaxing, quiet, excellent facilities and great location.
Pros:

Very quiet despite being close to the Freeway. Pool and spa were warm and clean, tennis court a big plus, nice restaurant downstairs, washer/dryer great. excellent facilities.

Cons:

No lid on bin,which didn’t fit in the kitchen. Lots of wasted space upstairs.

A great option for visits to Perth.
Pros:

We have stayed at Broadwater Resort on many occasions and find it a convenient and good place to stay on visits to Perth. The facilities are great and it's within easy walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants.

Pros:

Loved the location, spacious rooms. Pool area was beautiful.

Cons:

There wasn’t really much to NOT like about it. It’s a great place to stay
