Pros:

I thought the location was great, the lobby and bar and bathroom facilities in the room were great and there was excellent water pressure.

Cons:

1) housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30 am and woke us all up.
2) the floor carpeting had a lot of clumps of hair stuck in it

Overall a good stay but do not select small room if staying for more than one night
Pros:

Staff lovely. Reception and bar area beautiful.

Cons:

Some of the paint on doors could do with repainting. I know it’s an old building which is probably why floor in room was uneven and creaky

Cons:

The rooms are too hot and the pillows too hard. The tap in the bathroom shops water out of the sink and onto you.

A 2 min walk to Grafton street.and close to all the shops and restaurants.
