Pros:

Perfect location in the heart of Dublin close to shops and restaurants. The room was compact and comfortable, if a little warm during the night. Breakfast was nice and staff were friendly and polite. Loved the Rituals products.

Deres receptionist var en ældre Irsk herre. Han var fantastisk. Han var gæstfri, han elskede at snakke lidt med os om vores dag. Og udviste oprigtig interesse

Breakfast staff were very friendly and fantastic attention to detail. Location was ideal.

Cons:

Our room was very cold.
They forgot to service our room. When we told them they dropped up fresh towels and never took the ones on the bathroom floor.

Pros:

I thought the location was great, the lobby and bar and bathroom facilities in the room were great and there was excellent water pressure.

Cons:

1) housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30 am and woke us all up.
2) the floor carpeting had a lot of clumps of hair stuck in it

Overall a good stay but do not select small room if staying for more than one night
Pros:

Staff lovely. Reception and bar area beautiful.

Cons:

Some of the paint on doors could do with repainting. I know it’s an old building which is probably why floor in room was uneven and creaky
