Pros:

We liked the location on the Strand, North Ward with close proximity to lots of places to eat and the North Ward shopping centre as well. We stayed in the self-contained apartment which was just perfect for what we wanted. Had a very homely feeling about it and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful centrally located motel with everything you need for an enjoyable trip to Townsville
Pros:

the room was spacious well appointed with kitchenette, ample storage and useful .The in bed flexible lights for reading were really useful. the balcony whilst smallish was a nice spot to view over magnetic island and had a chair and two tables.The location on the strand is excellent.

Cons:

Not being able to smoke on the balcony. Walking downstairs and across to the strand was an inconvenience.
