It is beautiful spot and close to lots of shops

Cons:

The Bathroom doorhandle in 402 is very loose
We were evacuated from the hotel at 6am.

Lovely staff and hotels in a great position

Shopping Centre and train station both in walking distance

We stay here in visits to family and live it but maintenance this time needs improving
Pros:

Pool great but spa jets haywire and not pleasant

Cons:

Better carpet as made my feet black
Got locked in bathroom as door handle fell off
Maintenace quick but I had to use wrench they put under door to get out

Highly recommended beautiful staff, great location and great room
Pros:

The property was in an ideal location close to beach and shopping centre, train station and restaurants, the staff were all beautiful and really welcoming- the cleaners were lovely and very good and also very friendly- I would definitely book a quest again it was all round a great experience- thank you

Cons:

The fire alarm went off early hours (couldn’t be helped obviously) but frightened the life out of me haha

Great location, clean and easy for a long weekend getaway

Great location, clean and comfortable, easy parking

Cons:

The lift was a bit confusing. We needed to swipe to get to reception. The furniture was not overly comfortable

Dated hotel with inaccurate representation of views.
Pros:

Room was spacious. Central location for Cronulla.

Cons:

Terrible view at the road and major intersection. Photos of the room / balcony view completely incorrect and doctored - it was impossible to enjoy the balcony as all you saw and heard was traffic. Really disappointing.
