Nice big room comfortable bed

Cons:

I didn't like how I was treated by the woman who checked me out. I had to leave before reception hours. I rang the number on door and was met with attitude and rolling eyes. Was a sour end to a otherwise nice stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Comfy beds, big and clean bathrooms as well in good location where most of the things are easy to get on walking.

Cons:

Very disappointed with breakfast. It was mentioned buffet breakfast, we expected something more than just bread, cereals, butter and jams. Don’t get me wrong if you are only looking for this then that’s great. Other than this all was good.

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

The room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. The shower took a while to heat up but once it did it was great. The complimentary continental breakfast was delicious- a great range of cereals and breads, yoghurt and fruit which were all so fresh and thoroughly enjoyable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would happily recommend and will stay again.

Loved the new facilities. Excellent customer service, but the breakfast needs reviewing.
Pros:

The location was excellent and the evening meal I received not only catered for my dietary needs, but was delicious. My compliments to the chef who went above and beyond.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor. I had expected, as had others in our party, that a full hot smorgasbord would have been provided. It was below average.

Very accommodating and very friendly staff
Pros:

Great location, travelled for a funeral the hotel was very accommodating in early access to our room to change and freshen up before the funeral
Breakfast was great just need to have tongs near toaster to prevent people burning their fingers getting their toast/crumpets etc out

Bed was way to soft
Shower head needed a soak in CLR or similar to clean the head
