As we weren’t in the room much we had an ok stay .
Pros:

That breakfast was included . The spa was hot and worked ok .

Cons:

The pillows were uncomfortable. The toilet roll holder was broken . We were across the road , didn’t expect to be there . There were wet toilet paper balls on the bathroom wall .

Very accommodating and very friendly staff
Pros:

Great location, travelled for a funeral the hotel was very accommodating in early access to our room to change and freshen up before the funeral
Breakfast was great just need to have tongs near toaster to prevent people burning their fingers getting their toast/crumpets etc out

Cons:

Bed was way to soft
Shower head needed a soak in CLR or similar to clean the head

Pros:

Friendly reception and breakfast staff. Breakfast included. Plenty of parking. Great flexibility with refundable option. Close to mall.

Cons:

Ground floor room was a little tired and dark. No handtowels. Curtains old and need replacing to let in more light. Taps needed force to stop dripping. Only mugs in room so a microwave but nothing to eat off or prepare meal.

We had a wonderful stay. All staff, dinners and breakfast were excellent.
Pros:

The breakfast in the dining room was excellent. You had a choice of a free continental breakfast and also a cooked breakfast . Our family chose to order egg benedict and a full breakfast and egg muffins for the children . All meals were excellent and great value for money.
