Self contained apartment with views of mountains and cable car
Pros:

Views, easy walk to city centre and lake, soft and firm pillows, bathroom under floor heating

Cons:

Stairs, no lift, cramped table and chairs, would be squishy if sofa bed is used.

Very nice place and value for money, would stay again!
Pros:

Really nice place! One of my favourite stays in queenstown and I’ve stayed in quite a few places. Nice to have a separate lounge, kitchen, bathroom and well priced considering other places that aren’t as modern in the area. They best was really comfy and the sheets fresh.

Cons:

Was hard to find someone to check in but sorted it out eventually

Great motel in the heart of Queenstown
Pros:

Excellent location within an easy walk of Queenstown centre. Lots of free parking. Well equipped rooms. Great for visiting the busy and fun town.

If it wasnt for the road noise it was a great spot for our 3 night stay
Pros:

Great view. Good size, good location, clean and comfortable. Having a washing machine was super convenient.

Comfortable and close to amenities
Pros:

Handy location to Queenstown CBD and amenities ; easy walking to shops and restaurants.
Onsite parking provided but not allocated.
Comfortable bed and the kitchen had all the facilities we required. The washing machine was appreciated.
The few staff are helpful.

Cons:

Fairly pricey for what’s provided
It’s on Gorge Road so there is a lot of street noise; no relaxing on the balcony at this place. The bedroom was at the back so the noise did not affect sleeping to much.
I needed to request better cleaning of the bathroom as it was fairly mouldy. The staff did arrange that, but the bathroom cleaning needs to be improved.

Good location with everything you need
Pros:

Wonderful location just outside of the main Queenstown hub so it's a bit more quiet, yet, just a 5min walk and you are surrounded by shops/cafes/restaurants! We had views of Bob Peak from our living room/balcony, which was great. The apartment had a washing machine and stainless steel clothes airer which came in handy. Really good insulation and despite the cold temperatures, the inside was very warm. Staff at reception was lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom needs updating and a deep clean. There was mould in the shower and the extractor fan was very very dirty. The shower water pressure was low.
