Perfect self contained apartment for short stays
Pros:

Great location, just a 5min walk to the town center. Accomodating staff, they allowed us to park our car for longer than our stay. It’s a self contained apartment with a functional kitchenette, well stocked cutlery and utensils.

Cons:

The only thing missing was a dryer. A commercial dryer is located at a lower floor but just too much hassle, so we avoided doing laundry completely.

Pros:

2 bedroom apartment in good location close to the action in Queenstown. Not really set up for 4 adults (ie small sofa and 2 low stools to sit on) Staff helpful in providing basics and allowing late check out and storing our bags.

Cons:

I had thought there was an ensuite and a bathroom- my mistake.

Great location for Queenstown adventures. Perfect for families.
Pros:

Location was amazing. Easy walk into town. Loved the heated towel rack.

Cons:

Washer for free was great, but should let people know that you need coins for the dryer. Most people do not carry coins anymore.

Great location, good facilities but could be some much better if furnishings were updated.
Pros:

Great location, close to town. Very handy to Walters Tavern, The Courthouse, Speights Ale House and Brazz Bar which were teriffic for good traditional style pub meals and couldn't go past Brazz's $10 breakfast. Whistler also very close and handy to main bus hub, 4 square supermarket and fresh choice supermarket. The shower and floor heating in bathroom was amazing. The young guy in reception/office was very helpful too.

Cons:

Furnishings (eg, couch and tiny chairs at table) while ok, are old and could be 'modernised' for comfort.

Awesome location - a great place to stay for those with a budget
Pros:

The location was great - easy walk into town and back. There was a washing machine in the room and a dryer was available on site if needed - but we were able to use the clothes dryer rack that was provided and our clothes dried quite quickly. The view from our balcony was pretty cool too. Parking was easy and there seemed to be plenty of parking available. The shower itself was one of the better ones on our trip.

Cons:

Just a heads up - if you get Room 25 - there are stairs - lots and lots of stairs to get to your room! One thing that was frustrating was the body wash in the shower - the pumps on the bottles were not very good and it was frustrating trying to get any out at all - but it did smell great so it was worth the effort.
