Good accomodation close to centre of town for more than one couple
Pros:

The room was well laid out and good for two bedrooms , with a nice little kitchen , the guy at reception was very helpful. Beds were reasonable to sleep on.

Cons:

We had to have the heat pump on all night as it was very cold (don't think there is any double glazing) equally the outside bedroom next to the road was very noisy, but overall we had a reasonably comfortable night.

Perfect location
Pros:

Location is perfect. Well equipped kitchen to cook for yourself. Heated floor in bathroom. Lots of heating. Nice balcony. Free parking on site.

The cleanliness room service was not particular enough.
We had inadvertently spilt some granola, cleaned it as best we could (no broom, vacum) , but post house keeping the crumbs were still there !!

Overall ok
Pros:

The location was perfect, close to town . It was very comfortable and the bedding was very clean

Cons:

The shower bathroom was not very clean. Had a lot of mould on the near the floor. The windows also had black dirt or mould around it in The lounge. The cutlery could do with an upgrade. Also so the walls do with a paint. The boost was having a carpark which was awesome. We would recommend this property but it certainly needs some TLC.

Great stay very central to Queenstown.
Pros:

Close to town. Walk to gondola, ice bar etc. View of gondola, paragliders, etc. Parking onsite which is a plus in Queenstown as there is no parking to be easily found here. Washing machine and fill kitchen was a plus.

Very nice helpful stuff , appreciate their help with receiving an urgent courier parcel and putting right to my room
Made our room warm for arrival , heaters , electric blankets , heated bathroom floor very generous and thoughtful

Cons:

Someone’s lipstick over cups
But as it’s self clean service I can’t blame property , even dishwasher can’t get rid of some lipsticks
