Easy, convenient and friendly
It was close to Doomben race course. And walk to Galloper Club.
I didn't like we couldn't open our sliding door to get fresh air, as we had a share area near pool. Where the people next door where smoking right near us. I think there should be No smoking near rooms. To be respectful of other guest that don't smoke. I will be thinking about another hotel now.
Spotlessly clean and we were most grateful for the assistance of the receptionist in helping with our luggage
The bed was very comfortable
The room was a bit tight however we understood as it was only for one night it was still acceptable
Quest Ascot is in the perfect location it’s super close to both Doomben and Eagle Farm along with a variety of different restaurants and cafes all in walking distance. The reception staff are very lovely and always accomodating to my early check in request.

We had a work function on just up the road so it was great to be within walking distance. We had travelled from the Sunshine Coast and they were able to accommodate us by giving us early access to the room which was extremely helpful and we're very grateful for that. We will have no hesitation in staying here again as this is a yearly event.

The phone check-in process was straightforward and I had no issues accessing the property.
The room didn't appear particularly clean on arrival and the balcony door was stuck, taking around 30 minutes to open. Access to the room involved climbing stairs, which was inconvenient with luggage. The property was also quite noisy, and I could hear the neighbouring room's TV throughout the night, making it difficult to relax and sleep.
Location is great, flexible check in and parking
Beds are very uncomfortable - we had twin singles and as bigger blokes not good.
Noisy guests late at night.
No parking when returning after dinner
After my 2nd visit, customer service at reception was exceptional as before the room was clean and tidy without fault. Will definitely be back.
