Will stay again definitely 😊
Pros:

The location was great there is a nice club called the Gallopers across the road where we had a nice meal. Just a quick one night before heading to airport.

Housekeeping.
Our room wasn't serviced until 12.30 and after a phone call to reception. Towels were replaced, bins emptied and I had to ask her to make the bed. That was it. No cleaning in bathroom.
Bed.
The doona only went over the top of the bed,nothing down the sides.
Our stay was for three days, with one day being a Sunday. I understand that most places don't clean on a Sunday., but would've thought a bit of floor washing etc would be standard in the daily clean.

A Visit
Pros:

The Quest addressed all our needs , the shower recess was extremely slippery and therefore dangerous. If you fell (which is quite possible as the tiles are shiny) you could experience a lot of damage. The tiles should be replaced or a handrail installed for safety. The coffee is dreadful!
Apart from the shower and coffee it is a great and convenient location to stay.

Cons:

The shower recess , ironing board very challenging and terrible coffee.

Ok but average way to start our holiday
Pros:

Locality very good and was close to airport.Very nice helpful staff.

Cons:

Seems to need refurbishment outside and in. Stairs difficult to negotiate with suitcase . No second mirror in main area. Thin towels.

Enjoyed the stay, excellent location if attending either of the major Brisbane race tracks.
Pros:

Close to venues that I attended on the weekend. Good choice of places to lunch or dine in the near vicinity to the Quest Ascot.

Cons:

Clean, comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great location for the airport, great restaurants not too far away, friendly staff
Pros:

Location was perfect for the airport, there was a nice restaurant strip not far from the hotel. The staff were very helpful offering options on where I could eat.

Great location but needs a modern update
Pros:

Cons:

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable as were the pillows. We are both small people and a double bed was something you would find in a 1980’s motel so the size of the bed was also disappointing.

There was quite a lot of dust in the place and finger marks all over the kitchen. Not deal breakers but noticeable.

Loved it
Pros:

The location was so ideal many places within walking distance.
The room had great air conditioning which was amazing for me being pregnant in the heat, amazing facilities in the room.
The pool was nice and clean
The staff were friendly and helpful.
