Las instalaciones parecían más de un “Rent a room” antes que un hotel! No había ascensor y era todo muy estrecho (tanto la habitación cómo la escalera para llegar a la habitación

Nosotros elegimos este alojamiento versus un hotel de cadena porque nos gustan más los hoteles chicos por el buen servicio, pero no fue el caso! Era mejor hacer lo otro

Pros:

The sparkling cleanliness of the room and a short walk from Kings Cross station & St Vincent's Hospital.

Friendly staff, great location budget rooms are basic but clean

Great location, room was clean reception staff friendly.

Cons:

I had been booked a room for a work trip, when I arrived I got told I’d booked a budget room which was in another building, I was walked round to the other building. There was a funny smell in the hallway staircase area. My room was the first one at the top of a communal staircase.As a female traveling alone I didn’t feel particularly safe. I could hear anyone coming in and up the stairs An extra lock on the door would be helpful.

Cons:

Quelques points à noter : l’accès aux chambres se fait par un escalier, ce qui peut être contraignant avec de grosses valises ou pour des personnes plus âgées.
L’espace de la chambre est un peu juste pour trois personnes, et la salle de bain est assez petite, avec une douche équipée d’un rideau.
Malgré cela, nous avons passé un très bon séjour de trois nuits et nous reviendrions sans hésiter.

Easy to access and an absolute bargain for the price. Sheet, pillows, towels and shower was immaculate and a lovely view

Convenient location and the best worth its price with tasteful decor and only down the road from Kings X.

Cons:

Nothing bad i can say as it is a bargain for the price with a comfortable layout. However maybe adding youtube, spotify or a bluetooth speaker would be a great touch as it’s hard to screen share without an android phone.

Awful, didnt stay and No communication to resolve issues.
Cons:

Awful. Photos look nothing like it. No window in the room, smelt musty. Poorly lit hall with flickering lights. Didn’t feel safe as a woman alone. left after 20 mins and booked somewhere else. No communication from the owners despite emails and messages on booking.com

Well worth the money,friendly service we stay again if back in Sydney .

Sam was amazing great customer service.Very caring and want us to change rooms due to my mobility,as there are stairs. Help us also with paperwork .great experience.

Pros:

Room was very small and shower and toilet far too close together. But receptionist Sam was superb, always helpful and carrying our heavy cases up and down stairs - no lift. Kings Cross station was not far away.
