Great location
Good accessibility from Kings Cross station but
The general area is quite loud and noisy. Hard to get good sleep. Windows do not drown out sound very well. Can't help but feel like I could have gotten more value out of a proper hotel.

Room was cut bathroom clean, top floor wasn’t so noisy
No lift …. A little dirty thru the halls fridge and glass door to bathroom a little overpriced for no amenities but paying for location

The door connecting rooms was a little sketchy and the walls are paper thin. Our neighbour was.hitting the walls before middnight until we turned our TV down.
great location walkable to the city and surrounding suburbs. lots of cute cafes about. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. also the bed was so comfy!

No window was awful. Dirty air-conditioning vents gave me bad allergic reaction. I was very cold as the heating was inadequate - set too low for a cold spell.
