One night stay on a business roadtrip. Good rooms and ate at restaurant right there after long busy day
Pros:

Convenient one night stay - nice rooms at back of the main pub and restaurant.
Good facilities an easy to find

Cons:

Check in at bar was slightly annoying as we had to wait until staff were free whilst serving customers. It was around 5pm and main reception had closed

Pros:

The hotel requires a lot of maintenance, which has not been done since I was there 12 months ago

Cons:

The curtains are don't close properly, hanging off the track and other issues such as fridge door covered in rust ,

The receptionist was the best, washing facilities and my dogs loved being able to stay with us. 
Pros:

Amazing rooms, but even better receptionist very open with communication and understanding. Such a pleasure to deal with.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a mop in the room as the washing machine was on error so needed the filter cleaned when cleaning the water had to be drained out. Then needed to mop up the water had to go looking for a mop found one at the cleaners station.

Don't feel like the place is as good as it used to be.
Pros:

The location is always a plus. The price was reasonable. Room was available early.

Cons:

Had to hotspot own phone due to wifi not being consistent. Airconditioning did not keep rooms cool. Not advised there would be no service due to public holiday.
