Loved it
Cons:

Some of the towels were not as clean as could be. Stains that needed bleaching .

Damage to paint on some of the walls near the floor ( wear and tear) .

We left a hairdryer by mistake and would like it returned.
$40 late checkout fee is terrible. Free Late checkout ie by 1200 is standard at hotels

Pros:

Good location and great staff

Cons:

The room was extremely noisy as it was next door to the construction site for the new train station. Also, we asked for the bed to be split into twin beds in one room and they chose the room with the ensuite attached to do this. It makes far more sense to split the bed in the room not adjoined to the ensuite

Pros:

A very central location and comfortable

Cons:

In the main bedrooms the bedside lamps were not connected. The tea bags were not filled up with black tea

It had potential but left us disappointed.
Pros:

The location was good and the room clean and tidy. All basics were provided.

Cons:

We had paid a lot of money and expected to have the main room. Because the main room came with an ensuite, the door was closed with a sign saying we would be charged more if we used it. I assume because they would have had to clean the bathroom. We did not expect to be staying in the 'second bedroom' for the price we paid. There was also construction next door going on throughout the day AND NIGHT and it was extremely noisy, so sleep was poor.

If you are going to the Gold Coast THIS IS the place to stay!
Pros:

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night stay with kitchen, lounge and a big enclosed balcony (with windows you could open). Restaurants, bottle-o and everything you could need downstairs. Beach was 1 block away and we had awesome views. Could not have asked for a nicer place to stay with our international guests. Just wished I’d booked breakfast on the top floor (but still had a lovely brekky down at a cafe on the beach). It was exxy but well worth it.

Good location, easy fast check-in. Rooms are dated and old school furnishings but a great stay overall.
Pros:

Location, quick check in and parking was only $30 when a lot of other hotels locally charged $40-$50 a night for parking
