No instructions on air conditioning, basic pool area, noisy given surrounding station work.

Pros:

Grrat location! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic for a family of 5, and the extra large balcony was a bonus!

Cons:

The main bathroom was a hazard every time someone had a shower. The water came out onto the entire bathroom floor. A curtain isn't enough of a barrier.

Cons:

The property was dirty rubbish spilling outside on side walk. Hotel stunk of dirty rubbish in car park. Rubbish shoots were smelling through the corridors. Lifts were filthy. Close by construction noise woke us up at 7am on a Saturday drilling concrete pilons.

Brisbane is a fun city to explore, the south bank market was great.
Pros:

The location was great; the bed was comfortable the pool was fantastic.

Pros:

Location was great, about 10 mins walk to Queens Street Mall and even closer to the Botanic Gardens. Staff were fantastic.

Cons:

None of the exhaust fans worked in the room. One of the two lifts broke down, sometimes there was a delay getting in or out. Being Easter long weekend neither were fixed before we left.
A coffee machine or plunger would be great.

Slightly more dated than the photos indicated. A few minor repairs and touch ups would help.

Pillows were all too high. I suggest a variation in height and softness
Only one lift was working and then the button to press to go down on our floor broke.
