A clean and comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and all rooms were clean and well lit. Plenty of power points and good bathrooms.
Balcony had a view but weather was too windy while we stayed.

Cons:

Kitchen did not have enough cooking equipment. We had to ask for dishwashing powder and liquid. Also laundry powder. Couch was too low for older people which makes it hard to get up from.

Disappointing level for a Quest apartment

Room was not clean, mould in shower, lifts were not clean, elevators were dirty, body wash container in shower was empty.

Warnings should be given if facilities are unavailable, or there is construction nearby.
Pros:

Good location and great staff

Cons:

The room was extremely noisy as it was next door to the construction site for the new train station. Also, we asked for the bed to be split into twin beds in one room and they chose the room with the ensuite attached to do this. It makes far more sense to split the bed in the room not adjoined to the ensuite

Loved it
Cons:

Some of the towels were not as clean as could be. Stains that needed bleaching .

Damage to paint on some of the walls near the floor ( wear and tear) .

We left a hairdryer by mistake and would like it returned.
$40 late checkout fee is terrible. Free Late checkout ie by 1200 is standard at hotels
