Misleading information re on site restaurant
Pros:

Pool was nice

Cons:

Both booking.com and the motel's own website say onsite restaurant. They fail to say that it is a seperate business and was closed the nights we stayed. We would not have stayed there if this was made clear.

Comfortable
Pros:

Great facilities, perfect location for us as we were staying for a wedding. A little out of terrible but easy drive.
A bit dated but kept tidy.

Cons:

They messaged us that the room was ready, but then charged us an additional $40 for early check in

Pros:

The staff were amazing. The pool and hot tub fabulous. The cafe shop everything on site and in tje amazing rooms you need to enjoy a break.

Not bad, but room for improvement for what you pay
Pros:

Location was alright, but definitely still need a car to get to beaches, cafes and restaurants. Aesthetics matched pictures, but room for improvement. Comfy bed.

Cons:

For the price you pay the property could focus more on little upgrades to improve. The bathroom was very aged. Cleaning could be improved, floors were sticky. Sliding door didn't close. Small bar fridge which didn't keep drinks cold. Cafe on site, but quite pricey. It's more of a family stay, lots of kids running around and it's a small pool more catered for kids so keep in mind if you are a single or couple who would prefer a quieter stay.

Pros:

Beautiful grounds, well decorated room. The coffee/breakfast at the cafe onsite was delicious!

Cons:

The room has a microwave and cutlery, but no plates or bowls.
Reception was unmanned every time I tried to go and ask for anything

A very comfortable stay, apart from the morning noise
Cons:

Children running up and down the hallway outside the room both mornings, sat and sun wasn’t ideal. At one point the fathers were doing it too ! A wedding was taking place that weekend, so the property was super busy.

Pros:

Chose this place for the location and the fact there was a restaurant and cafe on site. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Early check in charges, $20p/h, even though the room was ready. We declined and decided to wait.
After being in the room for 5 minutes, there was a knock and the door was opened by the same person who checked us in, she claimed to be checking if the room was 'cleaned' and if anyone was 'checked in'.

Cons:

The availability of jacuzzi wasn’t clear; would be more user friendly if the wifi password was displayed in the room.

Nice rooms, don’t rely on the facilities
Pros:

Great rooms. Nice pool.

Cons:

No bottles of water in room as advertised. No plates (but there were knives and forks). Spa not working. Pool was closed during hours it was meant to be open with queues of people waiting to go in. wandered down to the restaurant to have dinner, only for it to be closed for a function.
