Accessibility after hours with secure parking. Very helpful smiling staff. Comfortable bed and very clean. Location good. Bathroom facilities and amenities good.
Having to pay extra for the parking. Only option was in street as single female coming back late was not something I wanted to do so with the room rate it was expensive

Balcony was terrible- looked into back of building and not on the Esplanade as suggested by address
Newly renovated apartment which provided an amazing nights sleep. Bed was very, very comfortable. Close to Spirit of Tassie terminal (which was our primary reason for choosing), but pleasantly surprised by the welcoming feel to the unit which was spacious with all the amenities.
Some car park spaces are a bit tight!

noise complaint after the fact. couldn’t do anything about it. was leaving no point making me feel bad because the interconnecting room doors are not private and right on the bedroom
