Staff at Quest have been unwilling to provide any meaningful assistance to remedy a booking issue I had whereby I arrived at hotel only to be told my stay was not valid. My stay was cancelled by the hotel. I had driven interstate after having had another issue with a different hotel paid for on booking.com, who also did not procide the goods and services paid for.

This happened on two seperate occssions, one after the other. Neither booking.com nor the hotel chain has provided with me without an offer to remedy the issue.

Since driving to Victoria and having my accommodation cancelled with no provision of refund or credits for an alternative option, I have been sleeping in my car ever since.

I have emailed the hotel detailing my situation, repeatedly requesting a refund or credits to have my stay honoured.

I have sent several emails to the hotel management and to the booking.com platform on which I originally booked and paid for ongoing accommodation.

Neither party will take ownership of liability. As far as I am aware, it was the hotel that cancelled the booking due to an "administration error".

Booking.com took the payment.. Both Quest and booking.com are aware that this mishandling of my booking has left me without safe accommodation. It was Quest staff that turned me sway at the door.

The hotel are aware that this has caused on-going financial hardship and unsafe living conditions for myself and my disabled partner. Unfortunately, since my requests have gone ignored, I have been left no choice to leave a review here.

The location was good, staff very friendly, but cleanliness disappointing.
Pros:

Location was good, an easy walk to the town centre. The apartment was a great size for three/four people.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. There were detergent wrappers on the floor in the laundry and peanuts and food between the cushions on the sofa, which were immediately obvious as soon as you sat down.

The Location was absolutely wonderful, next time I would like the balcony facing the esplanade rather than the highway , however staff were wonderful , fanatic spot , the rooms were amazing , and lovely to be able to bring our dog for two night , thank you to all you will be seeing us again :)

Their was not a thing to dislike , except would of loved to had our balcony view of the bay

Great option but charging for parking not good
Pros:

Very easy check in and the room and associated facilities were very good.

Cons:

There was a charge of $25 to park which for a hotel on the outskirts of the city and on a Sunday night was I thought ridiculous
