Pros:

Accessibility after hours with secure parking. Very helpful smiling staff. Comfortable bed and very clean. Location good. Bathroom facilities and amenities good.

Cons:

Having to pay extra for the parking. Only option was in street as single female coming back late was not something I wanted to do so with the room rate it was expensive

Great nights sleep, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Newly renovated apartment which provided an amazing nights sleep. Bed was very, very comfortable. Close to Spirit of Tassie terminal (which was our primary reason for choosing), but pleasantly surprised by the welcoming feel to the unit which was spacious with all the amenities.

Cons:

Some car park spaces are a bit tight!

only views from rooms was blank surrounding buildings
only two very small uncomfortable beds in a single bed room.{ not what is expected from a twin bed room )
no services were available , reception closed at 5 pm ( was a sunday)
Location was selected on esplanade address . this address was esplanade south ( certainly not the Geelong esplanade)
