Very comfortable 3 night stay
Pros:

Great location - just a short walk into town. Very quiet with comfortable beds, great facilities, full kitchen and very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

No fluff, just what we needed
Pros:

We stayed the night before boarding the Spirit of Tasmania. Room had all the facilities we needed and was within walking distance to the main street & esplanade. Had secure parking (beware if you have a lowered car through as it will absolutely scrape and you can't drive in on an angle - there is free parking at the front though if you don't need secured parking)

Cons:

There was a funny smell in our room - I think someone before us may have been cooking something smelly and the smell hung around. The hairdryer low setting didn't work. The kettle 'on/off' switch was broken.

Lovely accommodation, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Spacious accommodation, very clean. Easy checkin and checkout. Second time we’ve stayed here. Quite close to Esplanade where there are a number of coffee shops and restaurants.

Cons:

A bit of a walk to the Geelong shops but manageable. Takes about 15 mins. $25 if you want to park your car on property. Parking outside of property.
