Great place to stay for a family of 5

Spacious and clean. Disappointed about having to empty own bins on departure!

Cons:

Did not like that we had to empty our own bins on departure from the property. We have stayed at many quest apartments and they are all serviced. Was disappointed to read a note on the fridge to say we had to remove own rubbish before departure or we would be charged an extra fee. I understand removing excess rubbish of boxes and bottles etc but when you pay top dollar to stay at a serviced apartment, I don't expect to be emptying our own bins. I did double check with reception if it was the actual rubbish bins we needed to empty and she conformed it was. They needed to be placed in big bins located down in the carpark. This was the only disappointing thing about our stay.

Pros:

Clean. Kitchenette was great, 2x stove tops and 2x cutlery and plates/bowls ect.
Bathroom was nice and big, large shower.
Easy to access.
Close to town.

Cons:

Being in a room that has an adjoining room the noise through the door that connects them is very loud, we could hear every word they said, including screaming/yelling kids after 11pm.

Pros:

The stay was great! Staff was great! Room is perfect! The only thing was they didn’t clean or change linen the in the room for the stay! I request as well maybe they mixed up. Everything else was perfect 💜

Great location, but lots of road noise from all directions.
Rooms are dated and need an upgrade. We had aa apartment with adjoining room (not us) so it was very noisy. We could hear them talking quite clearly and their tv was very loud right beside our bedroom. The guests in that room were quite loud into early hours of the morning.......
