Another pleasant stay at the Pavilion
Pros:

A regular visitor to the Pavilion as have family in the area. Nice welcome at reception and a room on the first floor (ground floor rooms a bit exposed to parked cars). Would stay again for location/price.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit tired but value for money (stayed on a weekend).

Avoid the Pavilion. It is rubbish.
Pros:

Location was good and onve we were moved to our second room, it qas better.

Cons:

Value for money. The room was not worth what we paid. The rooms are not boutique in any way and are just typical motel rooms.oir firat room was filthy. The glasses etc were covered in a black film. The bathroom and walls were stilk covered in soap scum and hair from previous tenant. We then discovered no hot water. One of the 2 small revrse cyvle systems did not work, may haps due to it being older than religion. Conplained to staff who moved us to another room which appeared to have been cleaned at least.
The continental breakfast is a joke. Some bread left next to a roaster with some packet butter and toppings that are still half frozen. Some oranges and apples left out and the coffee is just the same old satchels from the 1800s. 2x vereal options. What are we paying for? I could have done better with a $20 supermarket run. The price of the room and the breakfast is completely unjustified and they should be ashamed of themselves for claiming boutique apartments. Thank you for charging me extra for way way less.

Good for price.
Pros:

Beds were comfy
Nice hot shower with good pressure .
Clean .
Good location close to food etc

Cons:

Options for continental breakfast . I expected there to be more then just a few cereals , fruit and toast . I was disappointed with the options of not having pastries or cold meat or even hot chocolate . I would expect only cereal and toast if i was staying at a cheap motel.

It was a short stay & the room & bed were comfy. There is a fridge as well.
Pros:

It’s handy to the Thai Restaurant that we love! It’s also quiet, clean & breakfast is included. But it’s not manned! They have cereal, bread & a toaster (help yourself style), tea, coffee, jam, milk (light milk, also). Plates, cups, etc. It’s a bit chilly under the Pavilion in the winter months. As that is where the breakfast is located.
There’s a bar there but didn’t partake. Room was lovely & clean. Liquid hand soap is there in the bathroom.
It’s the quiet end of town, which we like! They have a lift also to access the 2 floors.
