Great over night accommodation with a light/basic breakfast
Pros:

Well presented and clean hotel and rooms. Rooms were good size and having breakfast included was nice when travelling through or for a one night stay.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor right next to the side entrance and opposite the lift. This meant we could hear all the coming and going. Being on ground floor also means all windows open onto the car park and there are no privacy blinds. You have to close the blinds and have lights on to have privacy in the day. It would be more ‘comfortable’ if there was a sheer blind for these rooms you could enjoy the natural light.

Disappointed to say the least.
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Outdated and mouldy bathroom. Shower screen mouldy and rusty. Damp and pealing walls behind the bathroom in the bedroom.
Curtains wrinkled, not very much pride taken by the staff.
I have stayed a few times now and it has declined so much.🙁

It was pleasant & convenient for us. It’s also at the queens of town. Which suits us.
Pros:

It’s convenient to our favourite restaurant! The staff are friendly & they have Pet rooms which I thought was a great idea! People love to travel with their pets. They also include a breakfast which consists of toast, cereal, tea, coffee & apples & oranges. A ‘help yourself’ style!

Staff and facilities amazing, however cleanliness not the best
Pros:

Staff at reception was very lovely, accomodating and helpful, the location was very close to uni, eateries and shops, the array of kitchen facilities included and heating all worked well. Breakfast was also included in my stay.

Cons:

The cleanliness was not the best. Over the 4 nights, housekeeping only came around once. The desk in the room and cistern of the toilet were both VERY dusty like they hadn’t been wiped down in a while. Cleanliness factor was not worth the price of the room. Everything else about my stay was very good!

Cheap not so cheerful very basic serve yourself breakfast
Pros:

Central location and not expensive

Cons:

Lift broke down twice and was right outside our room so from about 4am we could hear the doors opening and closing repeatedly.

Cons:

Staff were rude and unaccompanied when I complained the room was not as described in my booking description ( the description said the room featured a spa it did not) I was not paid the difference in rate. I was met with further aggression when I complained a second time that the room was unclean and it was pushed that it was my fault that the room had half eaten pizza in the fridge on my arrival. The website describes all rooms contain a mini bar however this too was false. Very disappointing considering the money I paid to stay and the highly commended reputation of the place, especially when there is much nicer and friendlier rooms available for 1/3 of the price within about 200m.
