Pros:

The staff were all very nice and helpful. Location-wise it is great. The room itself was one that didn't have any windows so there was no light from outside, but otherwise it was fine.

Cons:

There was no desk in the room itself so I wasn't able to do any work comfortably from the room. The staff said there are no desks in any of the rooms, so I had to work in the open areas.

You can find better accommodation at this price.
Pros:

The location is just fine.

Cons:

There is no window. Such a shame that they only have a bed for such a large room. I will rate 6 if they get a table for the room.

Convenient location however, value for money and room conditions can improve
Pros:

Convenient location. The room was decently sized and the amenities provided were more than sufficient for our short stay.

Cons:

The check-in desk is not manned at night so when we arrived for check in late we had to be on the phone with someone to come to the door, which I felt wasn’t the most convenient given we informed our approximate arrival time.
The room itself is decent however, it was freezing in the room. Because it ducted aircons you can’t control the room temperature either.

A great option for the budget traveler
Pros:

Great location, with Glebe and Newtown practically on the doorstep and Chinatown and the city a manageable walk or a short bus trip. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. My room was basic but comfortable and had everything I needed. I appreciated the sitting areas the hotel has on the upper floors where I could curl up with a book after spending the day out and about in Sydney. I’d happily stay here again.

Cons:

I wasn’t a fan of the shower, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. It was hard to keep the water from escaping from the shower cubicle to the rest of the bathroom floor.

Pros:

Staff were lovely, good location with heaps of restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons:

Aircon was extremely loud. The blanket was dirty and had no cover on it (they put it between two sheets to try and cover it up)
