Pros:

Great location in the Hills. All the amenities for a long stay. Laundry, Kitchenette, etc. There is a great shopping area nearby at Castle Towers. Lovely front desk staff. Very kind and helpful.

Cons:

There is no convenience store or restaurant on site. A grab & go breakfast is available for $15, though.

Mantra lived up to their reputation. Very Poor
Pros:

The bed was so hard I could have slept on the floor and had the same experience. Pillows were also not comfortable. I stayed for 6 nights and the sheets did not get changed once. The pretended they made the bed by tucking in the side I slept in. I have stayed in many hotels in my professional working career and I rate this stay as one of if not the worst experience.

Cons:

The couch was extremely hard and uncomfortable to sit on and the TV was small with a dark shadow in the middle of the screen. To stay here for 6 nights, worst mistake I made. As there was no restaurants in close proximity to the hotel had to cook in my room. Stove ignition didn't work and took the staff so long to locate one eventually finding one. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes to which I then had to hand wash. They provide an over but no over trays to cook in.

Needs more lighting in the room.
Carpets too dark makes the room feels dirty & dark.
Problems with TV reception, told reception twice but not fixed.

Too hot no aircon no pan to cook have to ask but never received .
Pros:

Nice bed good kitchen

Cons:

The aircon broken or didn’t work well no aircon in room and was promised a fan to our door but never came we had to buy our own fan so it was cooler but it was so hot and didn’t not have a pan to cook with

That the room equipment/appliances were broken or dirty and that the apartment door was left open for hours with all of our belongings in full view of hotel corridor after maintenance came to replace an appliance when we were not there.

A pleasant stay
Pros:

Clean well cared apartment. Easy access at anytime on a day.

Cons:

Nothing at all. But keeping little more toiletries items such as toothpaste toothbrush shaving razor at least once in two days would give maximum fullness to the consumer.

Quick getaway
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished.

Cons:

There was only a small split system air-conditioner in the living room and nothing in the bedroom. Fortunately this time of year we didn't need heating or cooling at all but summer might be quite warm in the bedroom I would think.
