nice clean and was comfortable for a nights stay.
Pros:

Room was large and was comfortable. Separate bedroom was nice and kitchen facility was good.

Cons:

Did not like that the Air-conditioner was a very small undersized split system in the lounge room only. We needed to keep the bedroom door open all night for the cold air to circulate into it and even then, it did very little to cool.

Very disappointed considering it was an upgrade because my original room wasn’t ready even when I arrived right on check

It was quiet.

Cons:

It was dirty and cockroaches everywhere . Also very minimal cutlery and crockery . The couch was dirty and stained .

Very hard to find

The front desk is very hard to find have to go through an industrial complex around a corner a then there it is. Maybe more signage would be good.

Comfortable room but not somewhere to stay without a car to get places
Pros:

Room was a good size for a single room, table and chairs provided a spot to sit that was not on the bed and allowed me to be self-sufficient. Aircon was good and kept the room consistently cool.

Cons:

Hotel is at the back of a semi commercial area, there is nothing around it to walk to. The entry gate to the garage was stuck down, no signage to say to use the other entrance or where to park. Noise travels through the hallways and rooms significantly, there is no way to close a door quietly unless you try, most other guests didnt try, even at 1am. It felt like i could hear movement and activity for most of the night.

Met my needs well, but glad I had a car ...
Pros:

was a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Though I didn't need to make use of it.
Unit was light and airy, with good airflow. clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Location might disappoint as it's in a commercial area, not near any restaurants or retail venues. Didn't notice a lot of public transport in the vicinity.
Access is within a factory unit complex, which might confuse those looking for it.
Its not that I didn't like it, just found it in an odd location.

Served our short term stay but was far too expensive.
Pros:

Loved the space in the units, fast lifts and parking availability.

Cons:

The bathrooms were clean and carpet vacuumed but all the other surfaces need a good clean.

Although we were able to stop & rest. It wasn’t value for money- & we won’t be staying here again.
Pros:

It was a stop over on our way home- adequate but not exceptional-

Cons:

Very difficult to find the entrance to the Mantra- tucked in behind/middle of an Industrial area- even though we had an upgrade it was very very tired. We were warned about the dodgy bathroom handle- but I managed to get locked in twice- quite distressing-
luckily my husband was on the outside to fiddle with the handle. This unit should not have had guests until the issue was fixed!

Adequate for the purpose of my visit

Bed was comfy.The location was convenient for my visit but the entry was a little hard to find

Cons:

The bathroom was small and in need of refurbishment, mould stains in the floor tile grout and bottom of shower screen. Carpet was also stained
