We stay here regularly. First time any issues with the internet.
Cons:

Internet did not work. Shower very small, plastic shower curtain did not prevent water leaking into the room.

Not too bad, would look elsewhere next time.
Cons:

Shower had no water pressure. When hot water on, barely trickled out for a miserable shower. Complained to staff who did come and replace shower head which improved it a bit. Also TV didn't work properly, looses reception on almost every channel after a minute or two.

Great stay for very reasonable price!
Pros:

Perfect location in the centre of town. Rooms clean, bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again for future visits to Wangaratta.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. If you remember the price of the accomodation, don't expect a boutique high end hotel experience. But for a country hotel for an overnight stay, certainly met my needs.
