Pleasant stay. Deposit not returned.
Pros:

Location good. The bed comfortable. Room had all the facilities. Washing machine and drier on ground floor. Free of charge.

Cons:

$300 deposit taken and not returned. until today one month later. Hefty car park charges so not used.

Couldn't get the advertised airport shuttle as reception closed after we checked in and then no one was available to book it in for the next day.

Close to airport - used Uber.
Fantastic restaurants nearby - many of which were Asian cuisine.
Faizel at reception was beyond helpful with questions about the hotel as well as the location of the restaurants.
OMG the best bed ever!!!! Mattress cover made me feel like I was on a soft cloud. Quality of bedding remarkable.

Cons:

A gym would be really beneficial to guests travelling from distant countries and needing some exercise.

The kitchen was well-equipped, but some items were in poor condition. For example, the frying pan was heavily scratched, which made me hesitant to use it.
