Staff unprofessional - Noisey room
Pros:

Conveniently close to the airport. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The man on reception kept making advances towards me. Saying I looked nice. Am I single? Completely inappropriate behaviour, considering I’m married with 3 kids and not gay.

Room was noisy, could hear beeping and traffic.

Quest never lets me down, I’ve stayed in many quests around Australia and they are all lovely .
Pros:

Connected room so my kids were still close to me, spacious and clean, heaps of beds, they catered to all my needs and the location was amazing. We were suppose to book the shuttles to the airport but I didn’t know this and they were still kind enough to take us to the airport. I left A few items and the staff was amazing and is sending it to us.

Cons:

Nothing much, the beds were a little soft but everything else was amazing.

Served the purpose but I wouldn't choose it again if there was another option.
Pros:

Nice spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, close to the airport, with kitchen and lounge.

Cons:

Only two English Breakfast tea bags for a room that accommodates 4, the tiny little UHT milk containers when most hotels have moved to the 200 ml ones, and the shower was terrible. I couldn't be adjust it to spray properly, only to feel either like a hose firing at me, or a powerful dribble. An Nespresso machine would have been nice, and seems to be standard for most hotel apartments with a kitchen.

Great experience - I would visit again because the staff were amazing and very accommodating throughout.

Staff were excellent! Great place to stay.

Cons:

Noise from the window - you can hear the roadside noise at night especially when asleep. The windows are not insulated well. Also clear faded blinds would be a nice touch to maintain privacy during the day.
