Convenient location but cooking smell is terrible.
Pros:

The location is excellent and shuttle bus service is great.

Cons:

The strong cooking smell in the room is unbearable. I I asked the receptionist to change a room but was declined.

Overall a good experience, but kitchen just needs a good clean up.

Location and having a kitchen and laundry

Cons:

Cutlery could be updated, our tongs were broken. Teapot missing a lid. Freezer base full of frozen water. Rangehood very greasy. Doona wasn’t clean.

Won’t stay again.
Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

Very noisy with people coming & going all night. My room was near the foyer…. I didn’t sleep at all due to this. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable. Shouldn’t have rooms that close to the main foyer.

Cons:

No flexibility. Bag storage not very secure but grateful for it. Could have been more accommodating. Early checkin and lte checkout caused by delayed flight.

Good short stay
Pros:

Nice room, comfy. Close to airport and walking distance up to mascot shops. Parking available for extra.

Cons:

No restaurant or bar located on site. But there is a few not to far away.
