Pros:

Studio with interconnecting small apartment was ideal for 3 adults. Both rooms were spacious, included kitchen facilities and bathrooms with showers. Plenty of room for suitcases. Close to train station, big supermarket, restaurant precinct. Car parking (paid).

Nice staff, older building in need of upgrades.
Pros:

Staff worked hard to fix problems. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Heater didn’t work. Hot plate didn’t work. Had to wait 4 hours for our room to be ready.

Ideally situated for sightseeing in the city of Dunedin
Pros:

The location right next to the bus terminal and supermarkets is absolutely ideal. Staff change the towels and take out the rubbish every day except Sundays. Their service was cheerful and left a favourable impression.

Cons:

The bathroom lacks a ventilation fan, so after using the shower, the walls and floor become damp with steam and take a long time to dry. The dishwasher is worn out, leaving little space to stand dishes upright.

Great apartment, great location.
Pros:

Great location, apartment spacious and has everything you need. Parking in the garage was a bonus and worth the extra cost.

Cons:

Wasn’t sure whether room would be serviced or not (it wasn’t, and then we didn’t have enough tea bags etc as when we got back in the evening reception was closed.
