Overall a very nice apartment in the centre of Dunedin. Great parking available at premises.
Pros:

Lovely apartment in the centre of Dunedin close to all theatttactions.

Cons:

Not many charging sockets, one was broken and could not be used which limited charging of devices.

Pros:

Being able to have parking was great and at a reasonable rate. Location was good as we were within walking distance to suit our needs.

Cons:

Dishwasher needs attention/cleaner put through as there was a very unpleasant odour from it even after it was put through a cycle.

location- next to supermarket and city center

Cons:

1. The front desk made a mistake with my name during check-in and gave me someone else’s reservation.

2. Even though I had booked in advance, they assigned me the worst parking spot—all the way at the back, completely exposed. It was raining that day, so I got soaked just moving my things.

It was a relaxing place to stay and the staff most specially LoAnn was very nice kind and accommodating

It’s roomy for 2, clean and just a walking distance to the mall’s restaurants and bus stop

Studio with interconnecting small apartment was ideal for 3 adults. Both rooms were spacious, included kitchen facilities and bathrooms with showers. Plenty of room for suitcases. Close to train station, big supermarket, restaurant precinct. Car parking (paid).
