Well set up, comfortable and secure apartments on the peaceful Todd River
Pros:

We’ll set up apartment with all ammenities needed, including kitchen, laundry in bathroom, balcony.

Cons:

No lifts- had to carry bags upstairs- however, staff offered to help if we needed it.

Misleading room description and poor value for money with inadequate parking.
Pros:

Clean and in good condition but very small. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This small hotel room with a kitchenette was described as a Studio Apartment which is simply misleading (bordering on false advertising). I have stayed in many hotel rooms with a kitchenette and a lounge area that were much larger than this small room. There was no lounge area in this Quest hotel room.
Another issue was there was inadequate parking for the number rooms which appeared to be caused by about 11 car spaces being reserved for car hire of some sort. I was required to park in an adjacent property which was unsatisfactory.
This did not meet my expectations and was poor value for money.

Pros:

The room was clean and tidy, it had everything we needed. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. We stayed at Quest before and after a motorhome trip around central Australia, they were so kind in helping us move multiple bags, groceries and camping gear as well as letting us leave bags while we were away.

We last stayed at Quest about 6 years ago but this time it felt that the standards have slipped. The bathrooms need a deep clean (dirty grout and rust marks everywhere) and the carpets, although vacuumed could do with a good shampoo (after trying to mop up water spilled on the carpet, the towel finished up dirty brown). It's not really as good value now as it seemed previously

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. It has free washing and drying machines. Feels safe with gates locked at night. Kitchen was great to have.

Cons:

2 km from town so a bit of a walk if you don’t have a car. But it is a nice walk during the day
